Clinical Experience Study On Professor Shi Suofang’s Regular Pattern Of Medication Use In The Treatment Of Pulmonary Nodules Based On Data Mining

Objective:The study reviewed the clinical cases about pulmonary nodules from Shi Suofang.Data mining is used to summarize and analyze Pro.Shi Suofang’s clinical experience and medication regularity about treating the pulmonary nodules.The main contents include pattern of syndrome in tcm,commonly used medicines,commonly used principle of treatment,the relationship between chinese medicine,the relationship between clinical symptoms and chinese medicine,the relationship between treatment and chinese medicine and so on.Professor’s experience may provide the ideas of diagnosis and treatment and objective basis for treatment of pulmonary nodules with traditional chinese medicine.Methods:SPSS Modeler18.0 data processing platform and SPSS26.0 technology were used for analyzing 150 clinical cases of patients with pulmonary nodules.Building a database about clinical records is the first step.Something such as basic information about the patient,clinical symptoms,pulse condition,treatment,medicine was analyzed by the data mining method of frequency statistics,association analysis and cluster analysis.Finally,the data results are summarized.Results:1.The majority of patients with pulmonary nodules were female,and the age group of patients was mainly 40-59 years old.2.The clinical symptoms of pulmonary nodules are cough,chest tightness,insomnia,anxiety,diarrhea,pharyngeal itching,gloomy complexion,fatigue,much sputum.Some patients have no clinical symptoms.The common pulse pattern is wiry-thready pulse,thready pulse,thready-choppy pulse.3.Common methods involve dissovle phlegm,soothe the liver,rectify qi,dissipate masses and so on.Common pattern types involve wind-heat invading the lung,qi stagnation and phlegm coagulation,liver constraint and qi stagnation,liver constraint and spleen deficiency,Lung-spleen qi deficiency.4.The study includes 155 kinds of traditional Chinese herbs.The top 10 chinese herbs are sarcandra glabra,rhizoma cyperi,japanese ardisia herb,honey-fried,edible tulip,gardenia,ligusticum wallichii,six medicated leaven,sun euphorbia herb,rhizoma atractylodis.The chinese herbs with the frequency of more than 20 are analyzed again.The herbs of dissolving phlegm to relieving cough and calming panting,the herbs of clearing heat,the herbs of supplement qi and the herbs of rectifying qi are used frequently.The five flavors involve bitter,acrid,sweet.Meridian entry involve lung,spleen and liver.5.According to internal association rules between the herbs,rhizoma atractylodis and rhizoma cyperi,ligusticum wallichii and rhizoma cyperi,edible tulip and sarcandra glabra are used in pair commonly.The groups of edible tulip-sarcandra glabra-japanese ardisia herb,japanese ardisia herb-rhizoma cyperi-sarcandra glabra,japanese ardisia herb-rhizoma cyperi-ligusticum wallichii,rhizoma cyperi-sarcandra glabra-ligusticum wallichii are also used commonly.6.According to the external association rules between the clinical symptoms and chinese herbs,the groups with confidence more than 0.9 are as followed:no clinical symptoms→rhizoma cyperi,japanese ardisia herb,six medicated leaven,ligusticum wallichii,sarcandra glabra,rhizoma atractylodis,gardenia.Diarrhea→bighead atractylodes thizome,pinellia ternata.Neck discomfort→pinellia ternata.Fatigue→honey-fried.Pharyngeal itching→cortex mori radicis.7.According to the external association rules between the treatment and chinese herbs,the groups with confidence more than 0.9 are as followed:Relieve cough→almond,cortex mori radicis.Diffuse the lung→almond,cortex mori radicis.Fortify the spleen→bighead atractylodes thizome,honey-fried.Clear lung heat→cortex mori radicis.Rectify qi→rhizoma cyperi.Invigorate blood→rhizoma cyperi.8.According to the clustering analysis,there are five prescriptions.The first prescription includes sarcandra glabra,rhizoma cyperi,japanese ardisia herb,edible tulip,gardenia,ligusticum wallichii,six medicated leaven,sun euphorbia herb,rhizoma atractylodis and cortex albiziae.The second prescription includes sarcandra glabra,japanese ardisia herb,cortex mori radicis,almond,platycodon grandiflorum,chrysanthemum,mint,mulberry leaf and licorice.The third prescription includes rhizoma cyperi,honey-fried,ligusticum wallichii,radix paeoniae alba,cortex albiziae,Fructus Aurantii,radix bupleuri,convolvulus,rubiana,trichosanthis,allium macrostemon,pinellia ternat,turmeric.The fourth prescription includes honey-fried,radix paeoniae alba,cortex mori radicis,dangshen,almond,red jujube,ginger,tatarian aster,astragalus and cortex lycii radicis.The fifth prescription includes sarcandra glabra,japanese ardisia herb,honey-fried,edible tulip,pinellia ternata,bighead atractylodes thizome,pericarpium citri reticulatae,poria cocos,dangshen.Conclusion:1、The majority of patients with pulmonary nodules were female.The incidence of pulmonary nodules was correlated with age.2、According to the clinical symptoms and treatment,common pattern types are summarized,such as wind-heat invading the lung,qi stagnation and phlegm coagulation,liver constraint and qi stagnation,liver constraint and spleen deficiency,Lung-spleen qi deficiency.3、The disease mechanism of pulmonary nodules is qi stagnation and phlegm coagulation.The beginning of the disease is qi stagnation.Because of qi stagnation,phlegm-damp and static blood are produced.Finally,pulmonary nodules appears.The location of disease is lung,liver and spleen.Pathological factors are qi stagnation,phlegm coagulation and static blood.The nature of disease is deficiency-excess complex.When the disease begins,the nature is excess commonly.Treating qi,treating phlegm and treating deficiency are of great significance.4、Characteristics of medication are as followed:①Treating qi is considered firstly.Soothing the liver and diffusing the lung are important.Yueju Wan prescription is used commonly.②Protecting the spleen and stomach is also of great significance.Proffoser likes using "Liujunzi Decoction".The used herbs are mild and simple.③He combined differentiation of syndrome,differentiation of heaven and differentiation of man by Using the theory of"Yunqi".④He is good at comforting and encouraging the patient.5、Rhizoma atractylodis and rhizoma cyperi,ligusticum wallichii and rhizoma cyperi,edible tulip and sarcandra glabra are used in pair commonly.6、According to the clustering analysis,there are five prescriptions.The first prescription contains Yueju Wan.The function is soothing the liver and relieving the depression,dissolving phlegm and dissipating masses.The second prescription contains "Xuanfeizhike Decoction".The function is clearing lung heat,diffusing the lung,relieving sore-throat,dispeling the wind and relieving cough.The third prescription contains "Chaihushugan Decoction" and "Gualou xiebaibanxia Decoction".The function is rectifying qi,invigorating blood and warming yang.The fourth prescription contains "Ziwan Decoction".The function is reinforcing lung and clearing lung heat.The fifth prescription contains "Liujunzi Decoction".The function is fortifying the spleen and eliminating dampness-phlegm.
