Based On Data Mining To Explore The Medication Rules Of Professor Gong Hongwei In The Treatment Of Pulmonary Nodules

Purpose:Using data mining technology to study the medication rules of Professor Gong Hongwei from the Oncology Department of Hubei Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the treatment of pulmonary nodules.This paper analyzes its prescription rules and medication experience,summarizes Professor Gong Hongwei’s experience in the treatment of pulmonary nodules based on syndrome differentiation,and summarizes his academic thoughts,in order to provide a reference for traditional Chinese medicine to treat pulmonary nodules with syndrome differentiation,treatment and prescription.Method:The data of patients with pulmonary nodules who were treated in the outpatient and inpatient departments of the Oncology Department of Hubei Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine and were treated with traditional Chinese medicine by Professor Gong Hongwei from October 2019 to February 2022 were collected.According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,82 patients were screened,a total of 212 prescriptions were collected,and the basic information and prescriptions of the patients were imported into Microsoft Office Excel to establish a Chinese medicine treatment database for pulmonary nodules.Then use SPSS Modeler 18.0,IBM SPSS Statistics 26 and other statistical software to conduct association rules and cluster analysis,and finally summarize high-frequency drug combinations and traditional Chinese medicine treatment methods,and discuss Professor Gong Hongwei’s clinical experience and prescriptions in the treatment of pulmonary nodules in combination with clinical practice.law.Result:1.The gender statistics of the patients showed that there were 37 males and 45 females,with a male-to-female ratio of about 0.82:1,with more females than males.2.Statistics on the age of patients showed that the age group of 40-59 years had the largest distribution,accounting for 51.2% of the total population.3.A total of 212 visits were included in this study.According to the statistical results of TCM syndrome types included in the cases,as shown in Table 2,the distribution frequency of TCM syndrome types of pulmonary nodules from high to low is: liver stagnation and spleen deficiency syndrome（62times）,phlegm Heat stagnation in the lung syndrome（59 times）,phlegm-dampness accumulation in the lung syndrome（35 times）,phlegm and blood stasis blocking lung syndrome（29 times）,and Zheng deficiency and blood stasis syndrome（27 times）.4.A total of 254 traditional Chinese medicines were included in this study,with a total use frequency of 4905 times.There were 57 high-frequency drugs with a frequency > 25 times.The total use frequency of high-frequency drugs was 3672.The top 10 drugs with the highest frequency of use were : Oyster,tangerine peel,Scrophulariaceae,Salvia miltiorrhiza,Pinellia,Astragalus,Fritillaria,Poria,Licorice,Citrus aurantium.5.Efficacy classification of 57 high-frequency drugs.A total of 12 categories of efficacy are involved.Among them,the efficacy of the top 5 frequency of use is heat-clearing medicine,phlegm-relieving cough-relieving medicine,tonic medicine,blood-activating and stasis-removing medicine,and Qi-regulating medicine.6.In the statistics of medicinal properties（four qi）of drugs,the top 3 used frequency are cold,warm,and flat;in the statistics of medicinal medicinal flavors（five flavors）,the top 3 used frequently are bitter,sweet,and pungent.Among them,the top 5 are the lung meridian,spleen meridian,liver meridian,stomach meridian and heart meridian.7.After the high-frequency drug association rules are counted,after removing the duplicate information,the top 6supported ones are: oyster-scrophulariaceae-tangerine peel,Scrophulariaceae-oyster-tangerine peel,salvia-oyster,French pinellia-tangerine peel,Zhejiang Fritillaria-oyster,the top 6 in terms of confidence are: SalviaScrophulariaceae-tangerine peel-oyster,Salviascrophulariaceae-oyster,Astragalus-Scrophulariaceaetangerine peel-oyster,Astragalus-Scrophularia-oyster,Pinellia-Scrophularia-oyster,Zhebei-Scrophularia-oyster.8.High-frequency drug cluster analysis,a total of 8clusters were obtained.Category 1: oyster,Scrophulariaceae,tangerine peel,Salvia,Achyranthes,Epimedium,Xu Changqing,Astragalus,Yunzhi,Bupleurum,Paeonia lactiflora,Cyperus officinalis,Scutellaria,Angelica,Chuanxiong;Category 2:Golden Buckwheat,Soap Hornwort,Prunella;Class 3: Hedyotis diffusa,Reed Root,Dandelion,Trichosandra;Class 4: Dried Ginger,Coptis chinensis,Chrysanthemum Radix,Rhizoma Rhizoma;Fritillaria,Rehmannia glutinosa,Chinese yam,Cat’s claw,Ophiopogon japonicus,peach kernel;Class 6: Licorice,Platycodon grandiflorum,Baiying,Wang Bu Liuxing,Curcuma,Turtle;Scarlet vine;Category 8: Bitter almond,Magnolia officinalis,Pinellia,Atractylodes,Poria,Amomum,Citrus aurantium,Turmeric,Fritillaria,Aster,Atractylodes,Coix Seed,Guizhi.in conclusion:In this study,through the study of 82 patients and 212 first prescriptions,the prescription rules and clinical experience of Professor Gong Hongwei in the treatment of pulmonary nodules were preliminarily summarized.The main pathogenesis is phlegm-dampness accumulation in the lung,liver stagnation and spleen deficiency,phlegm and blood stasis obstructing the lung,phlegm-heat stagnation in the lung,and Zheng deficiency and blood stasis syndrome as the main pathogenesis.The foundation,the foundation of protecting the acquired day,is based on Xiaoying Pills,focusing on the treatment of "phlegm",focusing on regulating qi and soothing the liver,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,and at the same time good at using anti-tumor Chinese medicine,preventing microscopic and progressive,preventing disease first,both Disease prevention.
