Exploring The Rules Of Director Zhou Dayong’s Medications For The Treatment Of Pulmonary Nodules Based On Data Mining

Objective:This study analyzed the outpatient medication prescription of director Zhou Dayong for the treatment of pulmonary nodules based on data mining.Aiming to explore the rules of director Zhou Dayong’s medications for the treatment of pulmonary nodules,so as to provide a reference for the clinical dialectical treatment of pulmonary nodules in traditional Chinese medicine.Methods:The patients who visited the outpatient clinic of director Zhou Dayong of the First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui University of Chinese Medicine from October 2020 to November 2022 due to PN were collected.A total of 189 patients with 522 prescriptions presenting for pulmonary nodules during the study period were recruited,and 167 patients with 451 prescriptions were included in the study based on exclusion criteria.After standardizing the syndrome of TCM and traditional Chinese medicine,the database was established by using Microsoft Excel software,clinical medical record collection system and clinical medical record data processing system.Then,with the help of Mcrosoft Excel software,statistical analysis software SPSS Statistics 26.0,SPSS Modeler 18.0 and Liquorice,the medical record information was deeply mined and visual tables or pictures were made.Results:Through the analysis of 167 patients with 451 prescriptions,the results are as follows.1.Among all patients,male was 0.56 times of female;the age is between 24 and 82 years old,and the average age is 49.61 years old.99% of patients had pulmonary nodules less than 10 mm in diameter.There were 43 clinical symptoms in all patients,of which 6.42% were asymptomatic.Other common manifestations were: fatigue (12.83%),cough(12.06%),poor mood(10.73),expectoration(10.18%),and irritability(7.85%),poor sleepiness(7.63%),fear of cold(5.83%),etc.2.The drugs used in the treatment of pulmonary nodules are mostly classified as deficiency drugs,phlegm drugs,antipyretic drugs,and qi-regulating drugs.The top 5 high-frequency drugs were Radix ranunculi ternati,Solanum lyratum,Glycyrrhizae radix et rhizoma,Platycodonis radix,Fritillariae thunbergii bulbus.The commonly used dual drug pairs in the course of treatment are Curcumae radix-Finger citron,Bupleuri radix-Finger citron,Bupleuri radix-Curcumae radix,Citri reticulatae pericarpium-Ginger processed pinellia,Radix ranunculi ternate-Solanum lyratum,etc.And the commonly used triple drug pairs are Bupleuri radix-Finger citronCurcumae radix,Bupleuri radix-Aurantii fructus-Curcumae radix,Bupleuri radixCurcumae radix-Rhizoma dioscoreae,Platycodonis radix-Codonopsis radixDioscoreae rhizoma,Ginger processed pinellia-Acori tatarinowii rhizoma-Alismatis rhizoma,etc.The core prescriptions for overall medication are Codonopsis radix,Poria,Atractylodis macrocephalae rhizoma,Citri reticulatae pericarpium,Rhizoma dioscoreae,Glycyrrhizae radix et rhizoma,Platycodonis radix,Coicis semen,Fritillariae thunbergii bulbus,Tangerine seed,Herba lycopi,Scutellariae radix,Forsythiae fructus,Solanum lyratum,Radix ranunculi ternate,Bupleuri radix,Curcumae radix,Ganoderma has the effects of invigorating the spleen and removing dampness,regulating qi and relieving depression.Among them,the core prescription for spleen deficiency and damp accumulation syndrome is a variation of Shenling baizhu power,with Codonopsis radix,Poria,and Atractylodis macrocephalae rhizoma as the monarch drugs.The core prescription for phlegm turbid internal resistance syndrome is based on Erchen decoction with other drugs for resolving phlegm and dampness.Ginger processed pinellia and Arisaema cum bile are the monarch drugs in the prescription.The core prescription for liver stagnation and qi stagnation syndrome is based on the addition and subtraction of Bupleurum soothing liver powder,and the prescriptions are Bupleuri radix,Curcumae radix and Finger citron as monarch medicine.The core prescription for yang qi deficiency syndrome is derived from Yougui Wan,and the new prescription uses cinnamon and aconiti lateralis radix praeparata as the king medicine.Conclusion:Director Zhou Dayong believes that pulmonary nodules are a kind of disease caused by deficiency of the spleen or stagnation of the liver.Director Zhou Dayong follows the principles of "combining disease and syndrome,adapting to individual conditions" and "treatment based on syndrome differentiation,with emphasis on tongue and pulse" when diagnosing and treating pulmonary nodules.The key point of medication is to Tonifye spleen and stomach to produce lung gold,eliminate phlegm and drink lung collaterals,qi movement eliminates stagnation of qi,yang qi replenishes and disperses yin shape.And according to different clinical syndromes of patients with pulmonary nodules to add or subtract the drug.The key to the overall treatment is to regulate qi,resolve phlegm and eliminate dampness on the basis of Promote healthy qi.
