Clinical Observation On Jianpi Rougan Xifeng Decoction For The Treatment Of Children With Tic Disorder And Spleen Deficiency And Liver Hyperactivity Syndrom

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Jianpi Rougan Xifeng Decoction of tic disorders(spleen deficiency and liver exuberance)in children.Methods: 60 children with TD(spleen deficiency and liver exuberance)were enrolled and treated by Jianpi Rougan Xifeng Decoction for 2-4 weeks.TCM syndrome integral score scale and Yale Global Tic Severity Scale(YGTSS)were performed before and after treatment.SPSS 28.0 was used to analyze whether the difference was statistically significant,and to evaluate the clinical efficacy of Jianpi Rougan Xifeng Decoction in treating TD.Results:58 cases were completed after the study.According to the statistics:1.The total effective rate of Jianpi Rougan Xifeng Decoction in the treatment of children with TD(spleen deficiency and liver exuberance)was94.8%.2.The total score of YGTSS,motor tic,vocal tic and social disability scores after the treatment were lower than those before treatment,with statistical significance(P<0.05).3.The total score of TCM syndrome integral score scale,the score of primary symptoms and the score of secondary symptoms were lower than those before the treatment,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion: Jianpi Rougan Xi Feng Decoction has a good effect on the treatment of children with TD(spleen deficiency and liver exuberance),which can alleviate and relieve the motor tic and vocal tic symptoms of children with TD,improve the social disability caused by TD.At the same time,it can improve the mood,stool,complexion,appetite,mental state and sleep quality of children with TD.
