Clinical Observation Of Tiaogan Jianpi Lichang Decoction On Irritable Bowel Syndrome Of Livel Depression And Spleen Deficiency Type And Its Effect On Serum 5-HT And VIP Lelels

Objectives: This study mainly observed the clinical effect of Tiaogan Jianpi Lichang Decoction on irritable bowel syndrome(IBS)of liver depression and spleen deficiency type,the scores of TCM symptoms,the state of psychological anxiety and depression,the influence of serum 5-HT and VIP levels and its internal mechanism.Methods: This study selected 60 cases of IBS patients of liver depression and spleen deficiency type in the outpatient and inpatient department of spleen and stomach of Anhui Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital as subjects,and randomly divided them into treatment group and control group,30 cases in each group.The treatment group was given Tiaogan Jianpi Lichang Fang boiling water in the morning and evening,while the control group was given Bifidobacterium tetralogy live bacteria tablets twice a day,three times a day and pivoxil bromide tablets 50 mg,three times a day,six weeks as a The scores of TCM symptoms,Hamilton Anxiety and Depression Scale(HAMD)and serum 5-HT and VIP levels were observed and recorded before and after treatment.Results: 1.Comparison of the total clinical efficacy between the two groups: the two groups have different degrees of clinical efficacy,the total effective rate of the Chinese medicine treatment group(83.33%)is better than that of the western medicine control group(70.00%).2.Comparing the total score of clinical symptoms: The two groups have certain effect in improving the symptoms of patients,P < 0.05,but the relief level of the Chinese medicine treatment group is better than that of the control group.3.Comparison of HAMA score: Compared with the treatment group before and after treatment,the HAMA score decreased,P < 0.05.Compared with the control group,the HAMA score did not change significantly(P > 0.05).Compared with the control group,the HAMA score of the treatment group decreased,P < 0.05,indicating that the treatment group of traditional Chinese medicine can improve the psychological anxiety of patients.4.HAMD score comparison: Compared before and after the treatment group,HAMD score decreased,P < 0.05.Compared with the control group,the HAMD score did not change significantly(P > 0.05).Compared with the control group,the HAMD score of the treatment group decreased,P < 0.05,indicating that the treatment group of traditional Chinese medicine can improve the depressive state of patients.5.Comparison of serum 5-HT and VIP levels: 1)Serum 5-HT in the treatment group was compared with that in the control group,P < 0.05,P < 0.05;Serum 5-HT in the treatment group was significantly decreased compared with that in the control group,P < 0.05;2)Serum VIP in the treatment group was significantly decreased compared with that in the control group,P < 0.05,P < 0.05,P < 0.05,P < 0.05,P < 0.05,P < 0.05,P < 0.05,P < 0.05,P < The changes of serum 5-HT and VIP levels in the treatment group were significantly improved.Conclusions: Tiaogan Jianpi Lichang Decoction has good curative effect on treating irritable bowel syndrome of liver depression and spleen deficiency type.It can also improve patients’ psychological anxiety and depression,reduce serum 5-HT and VIP levels,and improve patients’ living standards.No adverse reactions were observed in the course of treatment.It shows that Tiaogan Jianpi Lichang Decoction is safe in clinical efficacy and worth using.
