Clinical Observation On The Therapeutic Effect Of Jianpi Shugan Decoction In Treating Anorectal Neurosis (Liver Stagnation And Spleen Deficiency Syndrome)

Research purpose:The main purpose of this study is to observe the clinical curative effect about invigorating spleen and soothing liver strengthen the spleen and clear the liver treating anal rectum neurosis(Syndrome of stagnation of liver qi and spleen deficiency).In order to evalua invigorating spleen and soothing liver strengthen the spleen and clear the liver the effectiveness of the treatment of the disease, and provide a feasible and effective method of treatment for clinical treatment of the disease.The research methods:Selection conforms to the diagnostic criteria for 60 cases of the disease,using randomized controlled clinical trial design, divided into the treatment group and control group, 30 cases in each group. Treatment group with invigorating spleen and soothing liver strengthen the spleen and clear the liver adjustment of internal treatment, daily dose, points in the morning and evening temperature, the control with Xiaoyao powder, take orally daily agent, warm clothing in the morning and evening. According to the actual circumstance of patients, observe and record two groups of patients before and after treatment in the anxiety tendency, SF, scale and quantitative points before and after treatment of TCM symptoms, the results of the analysis and statistics processing.The results of the study:1. The treatment group and control group before treatment random factors(gender, age, course of the disease) has no obvious difference(P > 0.05).2. The Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA) : two groups of patients, the proportion of patients with mild and moderate anxiety is larger, the treatment group patients with mild-to-moderate anxiety was 80%, control group patients with mild-to-moderate anxiety was 86.6%.2. SF- 36 scale: compared the two groups before treatment, there was no significant difference(P > 0.05). Before and after the treatment group and control group before and after eight physical dimension comparison was statistically significant(P < 0.05). About the treatment group and control group after treatment, the energy group, social function group(P > 0.05, no statistical significance; Physiological functions, physical pain, mental health, general health, emotional function group, Pis less than 0.05, are statistically significant.3. The Chinese medicine symptom integral, compared two groups of patients before treatment, P > 0.05, so there is no statistical difference before treatment in both groups; Two and a half months after treatment, treatment group patients after 1 month comparison between groups, P < 0.01,statistically difference; Two groups of patients before and after treatment and a half months compared group, two groups(P < 0.01, P = 0.000),significant differences before and after treatment. Treatment group and a half months after treatment and 1 month after treatment, P < 0.01,statistically significant, the control group after treatment and a half months and 1 month after treatment, P > 0.05, have no statistical difference.4. Two groups of patients during treatment no significant side effects,adverse reaction and allergic phenomenon.Conclusion:1. The anus rectum neurosis patients, a large part of with anxiety tendency,the occurrence of the disease is closely related to mental activity.2. The anorectal patients with neurosis(Syndrome of stagnation of liver qi and spleen deficiency), invigorating spleen and soothing liver strengthen the spleen and clear the liver can effectively improve the clinical symptoms, improve patient quality of life, worse than xiaoyao powder clinical curative effect more apparent.
