Objective: Standardized resident training is a necessary way to train qualified clinicians,and it is also a fundamental measure to strengthen the construction of health personnel and improve the quality and level of medical work.In this study,the quantitative and qualitative methods were used to understand the status of the implementation of standardized training for residents in Hebei province.Discuss the existing deficiencies,and analyze the students’ satisfaction with the residential training system and its influencing factors and to improve the residential training system.Feasible strategies were put forward to improve the standardized training system and optimize the standardized training policy for residents.These strategies can provide reference for further implementation of resident training system.Methods:1.Using the method of literature research,this paper has a comprehensive understanding of the current situation and progress of the standardized training of residents at home and abroad.2.After consulting relevant policies and previous research results,the authors designed a self-designed questionnaire to Quantitative analysis the current situation of standardized training bases for residents in Hebei province.3.Make the outline of the interview to interview the residents,ensure the accuracy of the interview data,and keep the real names of the trainees confidential.4.Through the statistical software SPSS25.0 for related data entry and statistical analysis.Results:1.There were significant differences in the overall cognition of the trainees with different gender,age,marital status,educational background,graduate school,domicile,work experience and medical qualification((49)<0.05).2.There are statistical differences between the students with different gender and educational background and those who support or oppose the policy of residential training((49)<0.05).3.Supporting or opposing the policy of residential training,the arrangement of residential training,the qualification of doctors,the assistance of residential training to trainees,the sufficient training of departments,the rationality of rotation plan,the arrangement of diagnostic and therapeutic operations and the examination of leaving departments,the helpfulness of three-basic skills training,the writing and thinking of literature review and medical humanities literacy are the factors that affect the overall satisfaction of residents with residential training.Conclusions:1.The standardized training of residents in Hebei Province has a complete organizational structure and it’s policy system was basically formed.The training quality of standardized training for resident physicians in Hebei Province is gradually improving,and the training effect of this system is initially showing.2.Most of the residents in Hebei Province hold a positive attitude towards the standardized training.3.There are some problems in the implementation process,such as unreasonable arrangement and training content,high pressure and insufficient sense of achievement,poor teaching ability of teachers,low salaries,and low trust of patients. |
