Investigation And Countermeasure Research On The Current Situation Of Standardized Training Of Residents In A Third-level Grade-A Hospital In Hebei

Objective The research is to find out the main problems existing in the process of the training by the study and survey of the training situation of the hospital in the study from some aspects.Specific suggestions are put forward to help the hospital accomplishing the task of training issued by the state and the province.What's more,the research also hope that this study can provide reference to the researchers who will study the same project.Methods 1 Literature research: the researcher searches the literature both at home and aboard to understand the current status on the standardized training of residents,to solve the existing problems and look for suggestions;2 Interview: the status of the standardized training of resident and opinions or suggestions by talking with relevant persons are understood;3 Questionnaires: the researcher makes questionnaires from training students about students' satisfaction etc..4 Methods of statistical analysis: using the statistical description to show some basic information use single factor variance analyzes multiplies linear regression analysis for statistical analysis.Result It has been found that there are some situations not so good in the standardized training of residents by analyzing the results which has been collected.For example,there aren't enough ways for the residents to communicate with the managements,and the deep gap of the pay form different kinds of residents exists.It has also been find that the residents don't have enough opportunities to take part in the research.So the researcher suggests that the hospital set the system for residents' communications and encourage the residents to take part in the research from the staff of the hospital and more.Conclusion This study has analyzed one of the hospitals in Hebei Province,a national standardized residency training base.The result shows that the current status is good,but there is also some problems.For example,there isn't an introduction of system of teachers' assessment yet,etc.According to the problems found in the study,the researcher has put forward some suggestions,such as,countries also need to intensify economic support for compliance training,etc.
