Objective: Through the collection of literature on standardized training of resident doctors and the questionnaire survey of residential trainees of pediatric specialty in a Grade A hospital in Hebei Province,the implementation status of standardized training of resident doctors in the hospital was understood,and the deficiencies in the current residential training work of the hospital were found,and the optimization strategies and suggestions were put forward.Methods:1.The literature research method was used to search and collect the relevant literature of resident doctors at home and abroad,the relevant system of standardized training of resident doctors,documents and policies.2.Questionnaires were used to investigate the basic information,satisfaction degree and effect of residential training of pediatric students in a Grade A hospital in Hebei Province.3.SPSS22.0 statistical analysis software was used to analyze the survey data,including statistical description and statistical inference.4.Interviews were conducted with the staff of the hospital’s residential training management department,teachers and trainees undergoing training to understand the training status and relevant opinions and suggestions.Results:1.The overall satisfaction of residential training students is general,and the average score of satisfaction in each dimension from high to low is:teacher strength,training form,training content,base conditions and residential training guarantee;The rank result of satisfaction of each item shows that the teacher’s skill and operation level,doctor-patient communication ability and professional theory level are the first three in the rank of satisfaction,and the three items of accommodation,residential training subsidies and other welfare benefits of the base guaranteed by residential training are the last three.2.The demographic characteristics were compared with each dimension of satisfaction and the overall score of satisfaction.Among them,the difference between residential training students with different education backgrounds and different identities and each dimension of satisfaction and the overall score of satisfaction was statistically significant(P<0.05);There were statistical differences in satisfaction scores of residential trainees of different household registration types in the two dimensions of base conditions and training forms(P<0.05);There was a statistically significant difference in the satisfaction score of whether there was clinical work experience before participating in residential training(P<0.05);There were no other significant differences.3.The results of multiple linear regression analysis show that the degree and household registration type of residential training students have an effect on the overall satisfaction.4.The overall score of residential training was at a helpful level,with clinical ability having the highest average score and scientific research and teaching ability having the lowest average score.The ranking results of each item showed that the help item for cultivating the ability of disease diagnosis and treatment ranked first,and the help item for mastering the foreign language of medical specialty ranked last.5.There were statistically significant differences between the demographic characteristics,the dimensions of residential training effect and the overall score of residential training effect,as well as the differences between the dimensions of residential training effect and the overall score of residential training effect of different educational backgrounds(P<0.05);The results of the comparison of theoretical knowledge,scientific research and teaching ability,and overall scores of residential training effect showed statistical significance(P<0.05),but there was no statistical significance in clinical ability(P>0.05).There were no other significant differences.6.The results of multiple linear regression analysis show that the training content and teachers have an impact on the score of residential training effect.Conclusions:The organization system and management system of the hospital are constantly improved,the base construction is constantly strengthened,the management level is constantly improved,and the training quality is constantly improved.The overall satisfaction of residential training students is general,and the satisfaction of residential training guarantee dimension is the lowest.The educational background is the most influential factor in the demographic characteristics.The overall residential training effect evaluation of students is at a helpful level,and the evaluation of scientific research and teaching ability is the lowest.Training content and teachers’ satisfaction have a great impact on the residential training effect.The suggestions include:guaranteeing the reasonable treatment of trainees and improving their enthusiasm for training;Strengthen the cultivation of scientific research ability,improve the students’ scientific research quality;Strengthen communication and exchange,improve management level;Strengthen the hardware and software construction of the training base to improve the training quality;Strengthen publicity,strengthen training awareness. |
