Object:The factors influencing the satisfaction of the Xinjiang Corps Residents in standardized training were analyzed,the existing problems were analyzed,and feasible suggestions were put forward,which provided a reference for the development of the Corps' s subsequent standardized training for residents.Methods: 455 resident trainees from the First Affiliated Hospital of Shihezi University Medical College,the first division hospital of Xinjiang production and Construction Corps,and the hospital of Xinjiang production and Construction Corps were selected as the research objects,and the self-designed satisfaction questionnaire was distributed to all the research objects,with a total of 389 valid questionnaires(effective recovery rate of 85.4%).By using two independent samples t-test,one-way analysis of variance,multiple linear regression analysis and other statistical methods,we evaluated whether there were differences in the effects of gender,age,marital status,education background,identity,whether to obtain a doctor's qualification certificate,residential training base,residential training grade on the management,examination,teaching quality and treatment satisfaction of residential training(P < 0.05).In order to explore the influence of students with different characteristics on the quality satisfaction of teaching,the education background,identity,training base and training grade were included in the statistical analysis,focusing on whether there were differences in the influence of the above four factors on the quality satisfaction of teaching(P < 0.05).Results:(1)Women,unmarried,master's degree,residents from other units,doctors' qualification certificate not yet obtained,and Corps Hospital had different influence on management and assessment satisfaction(P < 0.05);master's degree had negative correlation and the greatest influence on management and assessment satisfaction evaluation.(2)The residents' satisfaction score of teaching scientific research ability was the lowest(3.41 ± 0.67),followed by the satisfaction score of teachers' qualification(3.43 ± 0.62);There were significant differences in the influence of master degree,students appointed by other units,students of professional and master training,first division hospital and 2016 level students on the quality satisfaction of teaching(P < 0.05),among which the influence of master degree on the evaluation of quality satisfaction of teaching was negatively correlated and the most influential.(3)Age(? 26 years old),unmarried,master's degree,and students appointed by other units had different effects on the satisfaction of the treatment of residential training(P < 0.05);the influence of master's degree on the satisfaction evaluation of the treatment of residential training was negatively correlated and the most influential.Conclusion:1.When establishing the management and evaluation system,the residential training base should respect the development needs of the students,and give consideration to the implementation of "teaching students according to their aptitude" at different levels and stages,so as to achieve the goal of homogenization of talent training.2.we should pay attention to the promotion of scientific research ability of teaching staff,strictly control the admission standard of teachers,improve the incentive and evaluation system of teachers,establish and improve the training system and evaluation system of teachers;For students at different levels,stages and bases,the training system is designed with different levels and gradients.The teaching mode,training program and assessment system are constantly reformed and innovated to improve students' overall satisfaction.3.Each training department and training base should respect the labor payment of the trainees,and give them corresponding labor return according to the relevant regulations and the actual development of the hospital.Especially for the unmarried,high education level and the students appointed by other units to give corresponding economic support,on the one hand,they should encourage their enthusiasm for training,on the other hand,they should avoid brain drain,and finally form a positive circle between the trainees and the training hospital.
