Clinical Observation Of Self-Made Compound Xiaobai Tincture In The Treatment Of Stable Vitiligo

Objective: To demonstrate the efficacy and safety of self-made compound Xiaobai tincture in the treatment of stable vitiligo by observing the changes of leuko Plakia area,Pigment score,quality of life score and other indexes in Patients with stable vitiligo before and after treatment,so as to Provide evidence for future clinical application and lay a foundation.Methods: A total of 68 patients with vitiligo in stable stage who met the diagnostic criteria and voluntarily enrolled were divided into two groups by random number table method,34 cases in each group.The treatment group was applied with self-made compound Xiaobai tincture,and the control group was applied with bailing tincture,twice a day.After half an hour of external coating,both groups were irradiated with NB-UVB twice a week.The treatment course of both groups was 12 weeks.The differences of skin area,pigment score and quality of life score before and after treatment were compared between the two groups,and analyzed by SPSS25.0 statistical software.Result:A total of 68 patients were included in this trial(8 cases fell off during treatment),and 60 cases were finally completed,30 cases in each group.Comparison of the total effective rate of the two groups: the total effective rate of the treatment group was 90.0%,the total effective rate of the control group was 66.7%,there was statistical difference(P < 0.05),the curative effect of the treatment group was better than the control group.Comparison between the two groups before and after treatment:(1)comparison of leukoplakia area:there was a significant difference between 12 weeks of treatment and before treatment(P < 0.05),and the area of treatment group was significantly reduced than that of control group.(2)Comparison of pigment score: There was statistical difference between 12 weeks of treatment and before treatment(P < 0.05),and the pigment score of treatment group was higher than that of control group.(3)Comparison of quality of life score: There was statistical significance between 12 weeks of treatment and before treatment(P < 0.05),and the quality of life score of treatment group was significantly lower than that of control group.Comparison before and after treatment:(1)Comparison of leukoplakia area:after 4 weeks of treatment compared with before treatment(P > 0.05),there was no significant difference.The white spot area of 8 weeks and 12 weeks after treatment was compared with that of the previous course(P < 0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.(2)Comparison of pigment scores: There were statistical differences between the two groups before treatment and 12 weeks after treatment(P < 0.05).(3)Comparison of quality of life scores: 12 weeks of treatment between the two groups and before treatment(P < 0.05),there was statistical difference.Conclusion:(1)Self-made compound Xiaobai tincture in the treatment of vitiligo can increase the pigmentation of white spot,effectively reduce the area of white spot,improve the pigment integration of white spot and improve the quality of life of patients.(2)Self-made compound Xiaobai tincture has no obvious adverse reactions in the course of treatment,and is worthy of clinical application.
