Observation On The Clinical Effect Of Xiaobai No.2 In The Tritment Of Advanced Vitiligo (Weakness Of Spleen And Stomach Syndrome)

Objective:By observing the area of skin lesions and pigment integral before and after the treatment of advanced vitiligo(spleen and stomach weakness syndrome),to explore the clinical effect of Xiaobai No.2 in the treatment of advanced vitiligo(spleen and stomach weakness syndrome),in order to provide more traditional Chinese medicine treatment programs for the clinical treatment of advanced vitiligo(spleen and stomach weakness syndrome).Methods:The 72 cases of patients with advanced vitiligo with spleen and stomach weakness syndrome were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group.The treatment group was given Xiaobai No.2 orally,the control group was given renshen Jianpi pill orally,both groups were given vitiligo tincture external rub treatment.12 weeks is a course of treatment.After the course of treatment,the white spot area and pigment changes before and after treatment were compared.The data of the two groups were statistically analyzed and the efficacy was determined.Spss20.0 was used for statistical description and analysis.Results:1.Changes in the area of skin lesions after 4 weeks,8 weeks,and 12 weeks of treatment in the two groups,p = 0.00(p <0.05),indicating that the white spot area of the two groups of patients decreased significantly after treatment.Comparison between two groups: After 4 weeks of treatment,P = 0.277(P > 0.05)and 8 weeks of treatment,P = 0.197(P > 0.05),indicating that there was no significant difference in white spot area between the treatment group and the control group after 4 weeks and 8 weeks of treatment.After 12 weeks of treatment,p = 0.044(p <0.05),combined with the median,it can be concluded that the treatment group was significantly better than the control group.The reduction of white spot area in the treatment group was greater than that in the control group at 12 weeks.2.Comparison of pigment score in the two groups: before treatment,4 weeks after treatment,8 weeks after treatment,and 12 weeks after treatment,p = 0.00(p <0.05),indicating that both groups can significantly increase pigment scores.Comparison between groups: p = 0.202(p> 0.05)after 4 weeks of treatment,p = 0.001(p <0.05)after 8 weeks of treatment,p = 0.001(p <0.05)after 12 weeks of treatment,After comparing the median of the two groups,it can be concluded that the improvement of the pigment in the treatment group is significantly better than that in the control group,and the pigment score has a significant difference from the 8th week.3.The efficacy comparison between the two groups of patients after 12 weeks of treatment was p = 0.032(p <0.05).combined with the effective rate,the treatment group is higher than the control group(88.6% > 70.6%),which indicated that the both groups had effect,and the treatment group has a better effect than the control group.Conclusion:1.Both Xiaobai No.2 and Renshen Jianpi Pills can reduce the area of white spots and increase pigment score in patients with advanced vitiligo(spleen and stomach weakness syndrome).2.Xiaobai No.2 is better than Renshen Jianpi Pills in treating advanced vitiligo(spleen stomach weakness syndrome).3.Xiaobai No.2 is safe and effective in the treatment of advanced vitiligo(spleen and stomach weakness syndrome),which can be popularized clinically.
