Objective To observe the clinical effect of nano-graphene heating film combined with Mongolian medicine Zhonglun-5 plaster in the treatment of cold type Xieriwusu disease of knee joint.Methods A total of 64 patients meeting the diagnostic and inclusion criteria of cold type Xieriwusu disease of knee joint in the outpatient Department of Inner Mongolia International Mongolian Hospital from October 2021 to February 2023 were selected,and then randomly divided into control group and test group,32 cases each.The experimental group was treated with nano-graphene heating film combined with Mongolian medicine Zhonglun-5 paste,once a day,constant temperature heating for 20 minutes,6 days a week.The control group was treated with Mongolian medicine Zhonglun-5 paste,and the paste was replaced once a day,6 days a week.At the same time,two groups of patients with knee functional exercise adjuvant therapy.The course of treatment was 3 weeks.VAS scale and Ly-sholm knee scale were recorded before treatment,7,14 and 21 days after treatment,respectively,to evaluate the efficacy.Results 1.There were no significant differences in gender,age,course of disease,VAS score before treatment and Ly-sholm score between the two groups(P>0.05),which was comparable between the two groups.2.Comparison between the two groups on day 7 after treatment and before treatment: VAS score and Ly-sholm score were compared between the two groups before treatment and 7 days,and there were significant differences(p<0.05);The VAS score and Ly-sholm score after 7 days of treatment were compared between the two groups,and there were no significant differences(p>0.05).These results indicated that the two groups were effective in the treatment of knee cold type Xieriwusu disease.3.The VAS scores and Ly-sholm scores of the two groups on the 14 th and21st days after treatment were compared with those before treatment,and there were significant differences between the two groups(p<0.05);VAS score and Ly-sholm score of14 and 21 days after treatment were compared between groups,and statistically significant differences were found(p<0.05).It showed that the therapeutic effect of the experimental group was better than that of the control group.4.Comparison of indexes in Ly-sholm score between the two groups before treatment and 21 days after treatment: there were significant differences in indexes in Ly-sholm score between the two groups before treatment and 21 days after treatment(P<0.05),indicating that both groups were effective.After 21 days of treatment,there were no significant differences between the two groups in claudication,support,upstairs and squatting(P>0.05),indicating that there was no difference between the two groups in the above four aspects of treatment effect.After treatment,there were significant differences in the symptoms of strangulation,instability,swelling and pain between the two groups(P<0.05),indicating that the improvement of above symptoms of cold type Xieriwusu disease in the experimental group was more obvious than that in the control group.5.The clinical efficacy of the two groups for 21 days of treatment was evaluated.The total effective rate of the experimental group was 93.3%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 86.7%.4.Conclusion 1.The treatment of nano-graphene heating film combined with Mongolian medicine Zhonglun-5 plaster has a significant improvement effect on the knee function of patients with cold knee type Xieriwusu disease,and is better than the treatment of Mongolian medicine Zhonglun-5 plaster alone.2.The treatment of nano-graphene heating film combined with Mongolian medicine Zhonglun-5 plaster has a significant improvement effect on the knee pain symptoms of knee cold type Xieriwusu patients,and is better than the treatment of Mongolian medicine Zhonglun-5 plaster alone.
