| Objective: To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of Nano-Graphene Heating Film combined with Naru-3 plaster in the treatment of cervical spondylosis.Methods :Sixty patients with cervical spondylosis who met the diagnostic criteria and inclusion criteria of cervical spondylosis attending the outpatient clinic,Department of Acupuncture and Massage,Inner Mongolia International Mongolian Medical Hospital from October 2021 to February 2023 were collected and randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group according to the time of consultation,with 30 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with nano Graphene heating film combined with Naru-3 plaster,and the control group was treated with Naru-3 plaster,and both groups were treated with the aid of the Mongolian traditional massage treatment.The Visual Analogue Scale(VAS),Neck Disability Index(NDI)and Cervical Spondylosis Symptom 20 Score were observed to compare the clinical treatment effect(21 days of treatment)and the adverse reactions of Naru-3 plaster in the two groups,to evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of the treatment of cervical spondylosis.Results: 1.There were no significant differences in age,gender,the disease course and the pre-treatment VAS score,NDI score and Yasuhisa Tanaka score compared between the two groups(P>0.05),which met the test criteria.2.Comparison between the two groups on day7 after treatment compared with before treatment: VAS score,NDI score,and Yasuhisa Tanaka score before and on day 7 after treatment showed significant differences within the groups(P<0.05);VAS score,NDI score,and Yasuhisa Tanaka score on day 7 after treatment were not significantly different between the two groups(P>0.05),and both methods of treating cervical spondylosis were effective.Compared with pre-treatment at 14 and 21 days after treatment: comparison of VAS score,NDI score,and Yasuhisa Tanaka score before and at day 14 and 21 after treatment between the two groups showed significant differences(P<0.05),indicating a significant improvement in the two groups;comparison of VAS score at day 14 and 21 after treatment between the two groups showed no significant differences(P>0.05).3.The clinical efficacy of the two groups after one course of treatment(21 days)was compared: the total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.3%;the total effective rate of the control group was 83.3%.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the clinical efficacy of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.4.The nano-graphene heating film combined with Naru-3 plaster was effective in treating 60 patients with cervical spondylosis,and the effect of the treatment group was better.Conclusion: 1.The clinical effect of nano graphene heating film combined with Naru-3plaster for cervical spondylosis is relatively obvious,and its clinical effect is significantly better than that of Naru-3 plaster treatment alone.2.Nano graphene heating film combined with Naru-3 paste did not appear serious adverse reactions in the treatment of cervical spondylosis,and the safety was good.3.Nano graphene heating film combined with Naru-3 paster can well reduce neck and shoulder pain and improve neck dysfunction,and was a new treatment route for cervical spondylosis. |
