Objective: To observe the clinical effect of sanwei joint paste on knee joint synovitis of qi stagnation and blood stasisMethods: 65 cases meeting the criteria of this study were selected.According to the random number table method,they were randomly divided into two groups: the control group(33 cases)and the observation group(32 cases).The control group was treated with knee joint O3,while the observation group was treated with knee joint 03 and Sanwei joint paste.Both groups were examined by infrared thermography before O3 treatment,and the baseline NRS,WOMAC,Lequesne score,knee circumference and knee active flexion activity were recorded.In the observation group,after 24 hours of knee O3 treatment,3g ointment was taken every day and evenly applied around the patella,superior patellar capsule,lateral collateral ligament on both sides,as well as local pain points of the joint.It was kneaded locally for three minutes to make it fully absorbed.It was used once a day in the morning and evening for 14 days.The two groups of patients underwent infrared thermography 15 days after knee O3 treatment,and recorded NRS,WOMAC,Lequesne score,knee circumference and knee active flexion activity after treatment.All data were analyzed by spss23.0 software.result:1.The baseline levels of gender,age,course of disease,NRS score,WOMAC score and Lequesne score between the two groups were not statistically different(P > 0.05),so they were comparable.2.NRS score,WOMAC score and Lequesne score in both groups decreased after treatment compared with before treatment,and NRS score and WOMAC score in the observation group decreased more significantly than that in the control group(P <0.05),while Lequesne score showed no statistical difference between the two groups after treatment(P >0.05)3.The change value of knee circumference diameter(Δ)before and after treatment was compared between the two groups.The change value of knee circumference diameter(Δ)in observation group was greater than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.There was no significant difference between the two groups in change value of active knee flexion activity(Δ)before and after treatment(P>0.05)5.Temperature changes of knee joint surface by infrared thermal imaging before and after treatment(Δ T)5.1.At the same location,the temperature change values(ΔT)between the two groups were compared.The results showed that the temperature change values(ΔT)in the front,medial and lateral surfaces of the knee joint in the observation group before and after treatment were greater than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).5.2.Comparison within the control group,the temperature change values(ΔT)in front of knee joint were all(P<0.05)compared with those of the medial and external sides,and the difference was statistically significant.There was no statistical difference between the inner side and the outer side(P>0.05).5.3.Within the observation group,the temperature change(ΔT)in front of knee joint was P <0.05 compared with that in the medial side and the lateral side,and the difference was statistically significant.There was no statistical difference between the inner side and the outer side(P>0.05).6.Correlation analysis: Pearson correlation analysis: in the control group,the frontΔT of the knee joint was moderately positively correlated with the NRS score change(ΔNRS)before and after treatment.The greater the ΔT in front of the knee joint,the greater the ΔNRS.In the observation group,there was a moderate positive correlation between ΔT in front of the knee joint and ΔNRS,and the greater the ΔT in front of the knee joint,the greater the ΔNRS.The medial side ΔT of knee joint is highly positively correlated withΔNRS.There was a moderate positive correlation between ΔT on the lateral side of the knee joint and ΔNRS,and the greater the ΔT on the lateral side of the knee joint,the greater the ΔNRS.The front ΔT of the knee joint has a slight positive correlation with the change value Δ of the knee joint circumference.Conclusion:1.Based on the comparison results of NRS score,WOMAC score,knee joint circumference change value Δ,and infrared thermal imaging knee joint surface temperature change value ΔT between groups after treatment,the treatment of qi stagnation and blood stasis type knee with three flavor joint bonding and knee joint O3 The efficacy of synovitis is better than that of knee O3 alone.2.Based on the comparison results of intra-group and inter-group comparison of knee surface temperature change value ΔT based on infrared thermal imaging,infrared thermal imaging can be used as one of the therapeutic evaluation methods for the treatment of knee joint synovitis,and the anterior knee joint ΔT evaluates knee joint synovitis Sensitivity to efficacy is highest.3.In the correlation analysis between the temperature change value ΔT and ΔNRS of the knee joint surface temperature by infrared thermal imaging,the front ΔT andΔNRS of the knee joint in both groups showed a moderate positive correlation,that is,the greater the ΔT in front of the knee joint,the greater the ΔNRS.,so that the degree of pain relief of the patient’s knee joint can be evaluated by ΔT in front of the knee joint.4.The improved Sanwei joint patch has not found any adverse reactions and has good safety.
