Study On The Evaluation Of Mongolian Medicine Treatment In Cold Type Knee Joint Disease

Objective :1.through the clinical trial,the clinical diagnosis and disease of knee join was used guide preparation combined with glucosamine hydrochloride tablets in the treatment of cold type knee joint disease,observation of clinical symptoms,auxiliary examination,adverse events and economic benefits,evaluation of the clinical efficacy of combination of Mongolian and Western medicine in the treatment of cold type knee joint disease..2.selected from the guide preparation of clinical diagnosis and treatment of its disease Mongolian medicine,scientific basis is provided for the promotion and revision of simple medical cases formed by the flavor of mongolian medicine.Methods :1.experimental design: random,non random.The number of cases in the group: 90 cases,60 cases in random group: 30 cases in the first group,30 cases in the second group;30 cases in non random group: 30 cases in the third group.2.Treatment plan: group 1: use the clinical diagnosis and treatment guide of disease of knee joint to take it as early as possible: narenmandcl-11 taste,take it as early as morning with an empty stomach or 15 warm boiled water after meal;afternoon: erdeniwuril,30 minutes after lunch,15 warm boiled water for delivery;evening service: gugulgarcd-15 flavor pill,9-11 before going to bed.Warm boiled water delivers clothes.Group 2: use the preparation of clinical diagnosis and treatment guide of disease of knee joint-early take: narenmandul-11 taste,take it on an empty stomach or 15 warm boiled water after meal in the morning;afternoon take: erdeni wuril,30 minutes after lunch,15 warm boiled water will be served;evening service: gugulgarcdi-15 flavor pill,9-11 warm boiled water will be served before going to bed.Group 3: as group 1.Course of treatment: 4 weeks.3.Curative effect evaluation: according to the Mongolian medicine syndrome curative effect;standard,knee joint IKDC score table,pain visual simulation score VAS score and other disease.curative effect evaluation standards,at the same time,by recording adverse events,safety evaluation,curative effect summary.The data were analyzed by spss20.0 software.Results : the results showed that the total effective rate of the second group,the curative effectevaluation of the Mongolian medicine syndrome,the IKDC score of the knee joint and the VASscore of the pain visual simulation score were all the same as the first group.There were signiricant differences in the two groups.The first group: total effective rate of Mongolian medicine syndrome,evaluation of Mongolian medicine,syndrome curative effect,knee joint IKDC.There was no significant difference in VAS scores between the three groups(P > 0.05)Conclusion:The therapeutic effect of the combination of shengyang— 15 and glucosamine hydrochloride tablets combined with Mongolian Western medicine is better than that of Mongolian medicine alone.Although there is no significant difference in the curative effect between the treatment group of Mongolian medicine and the treatment group of Mongolian medicine,the curative effect of the group of taking preparation voluntarily tends to be more effective,which reflects the importance of the whole theory of Mongolian medicine in the clinical diagnosis and treatment.The scientific basis for the promotion and revision of the simple medical case was provided by the flavor ofmongolian medicine.
