Purpose:Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of Mongolian medicine warm acupuncture combined with joint cavity injection of sodium hyaluronate on senile knee osteoarthritis, and to provide a reliable reference for future clinical research on knee osteoarthritis. Methods:A randomized controlled trial was conducted in 90 patients with knee osteoarthritis who met the diagnostic criteria and inclusion criteria and were divided into three groups without shedding cases, namely control group 1,control group 2 and treatment group, with 30 patients in each group.Control group 1: warm acupuncture therapy of Mongolian medicine was used for treatment and acupoints were selected;Inner knee eye point, outer knee eye point,Qiangshen point, medial tibia point in the order of each week to select a point for acupuncture, each moxibustion 2 zhuang,a total of 4 treatment.Control group 2: sodium hyaluronate joint cavity perfusion treatment, acupoint selection: Nei knee eye point and Wai knee eye point, once a week,a total of 4 times, the treatment group by home medicine warm needle therapy combined with sodium hyaluronate joint cavity perfusion treatment, treatment method: combined control group1 and control group 2.Visual analog score(VAS score),Western University and Mc Stay University Osteoarthritis index(WOMAC scale score)were observed before treatment and 1,2,3 and 4 weeks after treatment in the three groups, and clinical efficacy was evaluated, and the differences among the three groups were analyzed statistically.Results:1.Compared with the general data of the three groups, there was no statistically significant difference in gender, age, course of disease,VAS before treatment and WOMAC scale scores, all of which were satisfied(P > 0.05),indicating that the three groups of patients were comparable.2.Intra-group comparison among the three groups showed that VAS scores of the three groups were decreased to different degrees after treatment compared with those before treatment, with statistical significance(P<0.05);The VAS score of the three groups at 1,2,3 and 4 weeks after treatment was significantly lower than that of control group 1 and control group 2,the difference was statistically significant(PC0.0S).3.In the intra-group comparison,it was found that WOMAC scores of patients in 1 week,2weeks,3 weeks and 4 weeks after treatment were decreased to varying degrees compared with before treatment, and knee pain, stiffness and joint mobility of patients in the three groups were significantly improved, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);Comparison between groups showed that the weekly improvement rate of knee pain, stiffness and joint movement function in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in control group 1 and control group 2 at 1,2,3 and 4 weeks after treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.In terms of efficacy evaluation, the overall effective rate of the treatment group was93.33%,and the effective rate of the control group was 1.The effective rate of control group 2was 83.33%,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion:1.Mongolian medicine warm acupuncture therapy and sodium hyaluronate joint cavity perfusion treatment can effectively relieve the pain and stiffness of knee osteoarthritis patients, improve joint function. The combined treatment of the two kinds of therapy is significantly better than that of Mongolian medicine warm acupuncture therapy and sodium hyaluronate joint cavity perfusion therapy in improving the clinical symptoms of knee joint2.Mongolian warm acupuncture therapy combined with hyaluronic acid joint cavity perfusion in the treatment of senile knee osteoarthritis can significantly shorten the course of treatment, the clinical effect is significant.3.The warm acupuncture therapy of Mongolian medicine combined with sodium hyaluronate joint cavity perfusion treatment of senile knee osteoarthritis,so that traditional Mongolian medicine and modern medicine organic combination, less toxic side effects, economic safety, worthy of clinical application and promotion.
