Clinical Study Of Shutiao Multi-capsule Prescription Combined With Yusmin In Treating PCOS With Liver Depression And Kidney Deficiency In Late Menstrual Period

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Shutiao Duocystic formula combined with Yusmin(drospirone estradiol tablets)in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)with liver depression and kidney deficiency in late menstrual period.Method:Seventy-two patients with liver depression and kidney deficiency PCOS in late menstrual period were selected and randomly divided into control group(n=36)and treatment group(n=36).The control group was given oral Yusmin treatment,and the treatment group was given Shutiao polycystic prescription on the basis of control group.The course of treatment lasted for 3 menstrual cycles.Observe TCM syndroms,Follicle Stimulating Hormone(FSH),Luteinizing Hormone(LH),LH /FSH,Testosterone(LH,T),Estradiol(E2),Antral Follicle Counting(AFC),and ovarian volume changes were observed,and TCM syndroms were followed up 3 menstrual cycles after drug withdrawal.Results:1.In terms of TCM syndrome: after treatment,there were no significant differences between the two groups in shortening menstrual cycle(P > 0.05),and there were significant differences in regulating depression,breast tenderness,lumbosacral soreness or lumboknee tenderness,dizziness and tinnitus(P < 0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group;3 menstrual cycles after drug withdrawal,there were significant differences in the scores of various TCM syndroms between the two groups(P < 0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group.2.In terms of sex hormones,there were no significant differences in regulating FSH,E2 and T levels between the two groups(P > 0.05);There were significant differences in regulating LH and LH /FSH(P < 0.05).3.Ultrasonic ovarian index measurement: there was no significant difference in reducing ovarian volume between the two groups(P > 0.05),and significant difference in reducing AFC between the two groups(P < 0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group.Conclusions:Shutiao Polycystic formula combined with Yusmin showed significant curative effect in the treatment of liver depression and kidney deficiency PCOS in the late menstrual period.After treatment,it was significantly superior to the single use of Yusmin in improving TCM syndromes,regulating LH,LH /FSH,and reducing AFC,and it was significantly superior to the single use of Yusmin in improving TCM syndromes after 3menstrual cycles of withdrawal.
