Clinical Observation Of Bailing Liver Soup Plus Minus In The Treatment Of Renal Deficiency And Hepatic Depression In The Late Menstrual Period

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Bailing Tiaogan Decoction on late menstrual period of kidney deficiency and liver depression,and to provide objective basis for clinical treatment of late menstrual period.Method:A total of 45 patients eligible for late-stage diagnosis of menstruation with kidney deficiency and liver depression were collected from the gynecological clinic of the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to December 2022.5 patients fell off during treatment,and 40 patients were eligible.Baling Tiaogan Decoction was given plus or minus treatment for 3 menstrual cycles,and the medicine was taken on the fifth day of menstrual cycle or withdrawal bleeding,one dose a day,twice orally on an empty stomach.The medicine was stopped during menstruation,and the medicine was taken continuously for 3 menstrual cycles,and follow-up was conducted 3 months after withdrawal.The therapeutic effect of Bailing Tiaogan Decoction was evaluated by using the values of menstrual cycle and accompanying symptoms before and after treatment,serum follicular stimulating hormone(FSH),estradiol(E2),luteinizing hormone(LH),testosterone(T),prolactin(PRL),menstrual score before and after treatment,and symptom score of traditional Chinese medicine 3 months after drug withdrawal as observation indexes.Statistical methods: SPSS26.0 software was used for statistical analysis.Paired t test or Wilcoxon rank sum test were used for measurement data.Spearman correlation analysis was used for grade data,and P < 0.05 generation indicated statistically significant difference.Results:1.Efficacy evaluation: Cured in 3 cases(7.5%),effective in 12 cases(30.0%),effective in 15 cases(37.5%),ineffective in 10 cases(25.0%),total effective rate of 75.0%.2.Sex hormone level: compared with before treatment,FSH value decreased after treatment,E2 and PRL value increased,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).There was no significant difference in LH,LH/FSH and T values before and after treatment.3.Menstrual cycle: 37.50% of patients had regular menstrual cycles after treatment,and patients whose cycles were delayed 8-14 days increased from 20% before treatment to 22.50%;Patients with cycle delay 30-60 days decreased from 50.00% before treatment to 10.00%.4.TCM syndrome score: TCM symptom score after treatment and 3 months after drug withdrawal was significantly lower than that before treatment,The difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).5.Menstrual score: After treatment and 3 months after drug withdrawal,menstrual score was significantly lower than that before treatment,The difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).6.Correlation analysis:(1)The curative effect of Bailing tiaogan decoction is related to the course of disease,and the shorter the course of disease,the better the clinical effect.(2)There was no correlation between the efficacy of Bailing tiaogan Decoction and age.7.No adverse reactions occurred during the medication.Conclusion:1.Bailing Tiaogan Decoction has significant advantages in improving traditional Chinese medicine symptoms and menstruation of patients with kidney deficiency and liver depression in the later period of menstruation.2.Bailing regulating liver Decoction can improve the endocrine function of patients by regulating the level of sex hormones and treat the later menstrual period of kidney deficiency and liver depression.3.After 3 months of follow-up,Bailing Tiaogan Decoction still maintained certain curative effect.
