Clinical Observation Of Sanchuan Decoction In Treating Primary Dysmenorrhea(Qi Stagnation And Blood Stasis)

Aims: This study focuses on the clinical efficacy and safety of the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea(Qi-stagnation and blood-stasis syndrome)with self-prepared Sanchuan decoction.By comparing it with Shuer Jing Tablets and using medical statistics to analyse the differences between them,a new approach to the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea(Qi-stagnation and blood-stasis syndrome)was explored.Methods: Seventy-two patients aged 18-35 years who met the inclusion criteria for this study and were seen between December 2021 and December 2022 were selected for this study topic.The test group was given self-prepared Sanchuan decoction and the control group was given Shuer Jing Tablets,both of which were started 7 days before menstruation and taken until the third day of menstruation,with 3 consecutive courses of treatment and follow-up observation.All data were accurately calculated and analysed using SPSS 21.0 to compare the decrease in pain level(VAS)scores and TCM evidence scores before and after treatment between the two groups,to determine the efficacy of the self-prepared Sanchuan decoction,and to superficially analyse the mechanism of Sanchuan decoction in the treatment of primary dysmenorrhoea(Qi-stagnation and blood-stasis syndrome).Results: In the course of this study,due to various reasons,a total of 6 patients fell out of the group,3 in each of the two groups,and 33 cases were actually clinically observed in each group.The two groups were compared for comprehensive efficacy.The total effective rate of self-prepared Sanchuan decoction was 87.9%,with 9(27.3%)cured,14(42.4%)apparently effective,6(18.2%)effective and 4(12.1%)invalid;the total effective rate of Shuer Jing Tablet group was 81.2%,with 5(15.2%)cured,8(24.2%)apparently effective and 14(42.4%)effective,accounting for 6(18.2%)were ineffective.The statistical analysis of the data indicators of the two groups showed that the comprehensive treatment effect of the self-formulated Sanchuan decoction was better than that of the Shuer Jing Tablets.Conclusion.1.Through this clinical study,we found that both Self-designed Sanchuan decoction and Shuer Jing Tablets have good efficacy in the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea(Qi-stagnation and blood-stasis syndrome).2.The overall efficacy of Self-designed Sanchuan decoction was superior to that of Shuer Jing Tablets,with significant improvement in both primary and secondary symptoms,and no serious adverse effects were found in patients during the administration of the drug,thus providing a new therapeutic idea and an effective and reliable method in the treatment of dysmenorrhoea as a symptom.
