Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Primary Dysmenorrhea With Qi Stagnation And Blood Stasis Syndrome By Eye Acupuncture Combined With Xuefu Zhuyu Capsul

Objective:Using the way of randomized controlled experiment,evaluate the effectiveness and safety of eye needle with blood mansion by stasis capsule for qi stagnation syndrome primary dysmenorrhea,and evaluate the eye needle with blood mansion by stasis capsule of blood stasis syndrome primary dysmenorrhea clinical total curative effect,dysmenorrhea symptoms,TCM syndrome integral,visual simulation score,serum prostaglandin.Materials and Methods:Sixty-five patients with qi stagnation and blood stasis meeting the diagnosis and inclusion criteria were selected,which were evenly divided into 32 patients and 33 patients in the control group according to the random number table method.The control group began to take blood Fu capsules 7 days before menstruation until the end of the period,6 in the morning and evening,twice a day,a month,a total of three courses of treatment.The test group added add acupuncture to the observation group.Acupuncture was performed 7 days and 4 days before menstruation and the first day of menstruation.Leave the needle for 10 minutes after getting angry.A menstrual cycle is a course of acupuncture once a day,a total of three courses of treatment.VAS scores,TCM syndrome score,dysmenorrhea symptom score and serum prostaglandin PGE ₂and PGF_2αvalues were recorded in the two groups,and the results were analyzed.Results:1.The differences between age,VAS score,TCM syndrome score,dysmenorrhea syndrome score,serum prostaglandin PGE 2 value,and PGF2αvalues（P>0.05）were comparable.2.Total clinical efficacy:the total response rate of the test group and the control group was100%.Comparing the total clinical efficacy of the two groups,the total response rate was the same,but the significant efficiency test group was higher than that of the control group,P<0.05,and the difference was statistically different.3.VAS score:VAS score decreased significantly after treatment,which was statistically significant（P<0.05）;after treatment,the difference was P<0.05.Comparing the difference between the two groups,the treatment effect of the test group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）.4.TCM syndrome score:patients in the test group were significantly lower after treatment,and statistically significant（P<0.05）;the control group decreased after treatment,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.Comparing the difference between the two groups,the treatment effect was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）.The difference between the two groups increased after the three menstrual cycles compared with the end of treatment（P<0.05）.5.Points of dysmenorrhea symptoms:Patients in the test group were significantly lower after treatment,which was statistically significant（P<0.05）;in the control group,the points of dysmenorrhea symptoms decreased after treatment,and P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.Comparing the difference between the two groups,the treatment effect was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）.6.Serum prostaglandin PGE₂value:PGE₂increased significantly after treatment,and was statistically significant（P<0.05）;in the control group,P<0.05.Comparing the difference between the two groups,the treatment effect was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）.7.Serum prostaglandin PGF_2αvalue:The PGF_2αvalue in the test group was significantly lower after treatment,and statistically significant（P<0.05）;in the control group,P<0.05 was statistically significant.Comparing the difference between the two groups,the treatment effect was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）.Conclusion:1.The effect of eye injection and blood stasis capsule in treating qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome is significant,which can significantly improve the related symptoms and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome,and its effect is better than taking blood stasis capsule alone.2.Eye needle can synergize with Chinese patent medicine to enhance the curative effect,with no adverse reactions and high safety.
