Literature Study On The Common Prescriptions For Epilepsy Based On Ancient And Modern Medical Records

Objective: Based on data mining technology to explore the characteristics of prescriptions in ancient and modern epilepsy medical records to broaden the idea of modern Chinese medicine treatment of epilepsy.Methods: Ancient medical records are derived from the large electronic book "Chinese Medical Code" and the cloud platform database of ancient and modern medical records.Modern medical records are derived from China Journal Full-text Database(CNKI),China Journal Database(VIP)and China Academic Journal Database(Wanfang Database).Medical records published before October 2022 shall be collected,medical records meeting the screening criteria shall be input into Excel template respectively,and TCM names shall be normalized according to the Pharmacopoeia of the People’s Republic of China(2020edition)and Materia Medica of China,and the database of ancient and modern medical records shall be established respectively.Results: According to the data analysis of 201 cases of ancient epilepsy medical cases and386 cases of modern epilepsy medical cases which met the screening criteria,the distribution rules were deduced according to the gender,age,prescription and TCM flavor of patients respectively.Efficacy distribution of commonly used drugs;The compatibility of common drugs was analyzed by association analysis and high frequency drug combination.Cluster analysis was used to summarize the combination of prescriptions and complex network analysis to summarize the core prescriptions of epilepsy treatment in ancient and modern medical records.Conclusion:1.The collection number of modern medical records is significantly higher than that of ancient medical records,indicating that modern doctors have a more thorough study of epilepsy diseases on the basis of inheriting the experience of predecessors;2.The basis of ancient and modern basis patients,male number of cases is significantly higher than women,the largest number of adolescence;3.The cause of epilepsy frightened with the outside world,phlegm turbidity,deficiency of qi and blood,heat,blood stasis,exogenous,diet and other related factors;4.Ancient and modern basis commonly used formula for the treatment of epilepsy in phlegm,relieving yangxin nerves,spleen and replenishing qi,liver Xi Feng mainly;5.Ancient and modern basis for the treatment of epilepsy is commonly used in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)category is roughly same,Cuba expectorant,side rib liver Xi Feng today;6.The medicinal properties of traditional Chinese medicines commonly used to treat epilepsy in ancient and modern medical records are mainly calm,warm and cold.Medicinal taste for sweet,bitter,xin,salty composition;In terms of drug channel regulation,the top four traditional Chinese medicine channels were spleen channel,liver channel,heart channel and lung channel.The difference was that the ancient prescriptions were mainly good at applying spleen channel drugs and coordinating with lung,heart and liver channel treatment,while the modern prescriptions mainly used liver channel and coordinating with lung,spleen and heart channel drugs;7.Insect drugs is received more attention in modern the treatment of epilepsy,commonly used drugs such as scorpion,batryticated silkworm,keel,oysters,earthworm and so on.
