Using Data Mining Technology To Explore The Relationship Between Vertigo And Liver,Spleen And Kidney Based On "Medical Records Collection"

Objective:To conduct data mining and analysis on the medical records of vertigo in "Medical Records Collection",to summarize the academic thoughts and medication rules of traditional Chinese medicine used by ancient physicians to treat vertigo,and to explore the relationship between vertigo and liver,spleen and kidney.Method:Sort and screen all the medical records of vertigo involved in "Medical Records Collection",and enter the information of the medical records in accordance with the EXCEL form one by one.Count the frequency of use of each Chinese medicine,as well as the taste,meridian,and efficacy of the medicine,and convert it into analyzable data,and then use statistical software(spss25.0)to perform factor analysis and cluster analysis on the relevant data,and get The results and discuss the relationship between vertigo and liver,spleen and kidney.Results:1.Data were sorted and collected in accordance with relevant standards.A total of 379 prescriptions and a total of 278 medicines were used.The total frequency of medication was 3984 times.There were 60 medicines with a frequency of medication≥19,which are the high-frequency drugs in this study.The total frequency is 3043 times,accounting for 76.46% of the total frequency of drug use;the drugs with a frequency of use>50 times are the core drugs of this study,with a total of 23 flavors,and in descending order of frequency: Pinellia,Poria,Chrysanthemum,White Peony,Poria,Tribulus,Gastrodia,Tangerine Peel,Licorice,Angelica,Cassia,Rehmannia,Oyster,Atractylodes,Ophiopogon,Moutan Bark,Polygonum multiflorum,Wolfberry,Black Bean Clothes,Antelope Horn,Uncaria,Ejiao,Rehmannia glutinosa.2.High-frequency drugs are mainly cold drugs(1170 times),accounting for 38.45% of the total frequency of high-frequency drugs,and the rest are mild(30.86%),flat(26.36%),cold(4.34%),high Frequent drugs are not pyrogenic drugs.For medicines,sweet medicines are used most frequently,accounting for 40.35%,followed by bitter(25.47%)and pungent(14.63%).Light,sour,salty and astringent are used less frequently.3.The liver meridian accounted for the most high-frequency drugs,accounting for 20.31%,and the rest were lung meridian,heart meridian,spleen meridian,kidney meridian,stomach meridian,gallbladder meridian,large intestine meridian,triple jiao meridian,pericardial meridian,bladder meridian,and small intestine in order.through.4.The categories of drugs with a frequency of more than 100 are in order: tonic drugs,diuresis and dampness drugs,liver-yang drugs,clearing heat drugs,phlegm-reducing drugs,anti-epidemic drugs,qi-promoting drugs,wind-relieving antispasmodic drugs,and soothing drugs,Accounting for 95.23%of high-frequency drugs.5.Perform factor analysis and cluster analysis on 60high-frequency drugs,and obtain 22 common factors and 19 drug pairs.Conclusion:Based on the above research results,it can be found that the ancient physicians usually started with the liver,spleen,and kidneys when treating vertigo.Commonly used methods of invigorating the spleen and replenishing qi,promoting qi and dissipating phlegm to invigorate the middle Jiao,eliminate the source of phlegm,and restore the spleen’s clearing function;use the methods of calming the liver and suppressing yang,stopping wind and relieving spasm to suppress the hyperactive liver;Use the method of nourishing yin,nourishing blood,and replenishing liver and kidney to fill the lower Jiao essence and blood.
