Study On Composition Principles Of Prescriptions In Convulsive Disease Based On Data Excavation Of Ancient And Morden Medical Records

Objective:Using the Data Mining Techniques to analyze the composing principles of convulsive disease for the purpose of directing clinical medication treament scientifically.Method:Retrieval types were developed and then through searching the Chinese Traditional Medical Code online combined with referring comprehensive ancient books in the library of Hu Bei University of Chinese Medicine artificially,medical records were gathered;according to the characteristic of each database to develop the retrievals, retrieval and collect literature in both English and Chinese before 2014;eligible records were filtrated and be typed in Excel2007 on the basis of different efficiency,character and taste and channel tropism which were stipulated in the Dictionary of Traditionl Chinese Medicine and Chinese Pharmacy to establish the ancient medical records about convulsive disease-Chinese herbs database,the modern medical records about convulsive disease-Chinese herbs database and the efficiency,character and taste and channel tropism of Chinese herbs database.All data was integrated by multivariate statistical methods as frequency analysis,association rules analysis and factor analysis.Results:153 ancient medical records were included in and 224 ki nds of herbs were covered in which there were 55 herbs appeared equal or more than 10 times with the cumulative frequency of 1061 and the accumulative frequency of 69.57%。Sweetflag,Glycyr rhiza,Antelope Horn,Radix Rehmanniae,Uncaria, Poria cocos, Radix Scrophulariae, White Peony Root,Pinellia ternate,Fritillaria cirrhosa,Buffalo horn,Bamboo shavings,Tuber of Dwarf lilyturf,Gardenia,Honeysuckle were used with higher frequency.The herbs effective to clear heat,remedy deficiency, relive a caugh and reduce phlegm,calm liver-wind,release the exterior were frequently used in ancient medical records.Among all the heat-clearing herbs,heat-clearing and blood-cooling herbs were used most frequently,followed by the fire-purging herbs,antipyretic and antid ote herbs,antipyretic and drying damp herbs and asthenic-fever clearing herbs.Interms of property,cold herbs were used the most,followed by the slightly cold and warm herbs;in terms of flavour,sweet herbs were used the most,followed by the bitter,punge nt and saline herbs;in terms of channel tropism,herbs with a tropism to the liver meridian were used the most,followed by heart meridian,lung meridian,stomach meridian,spleen meridian and kidney meridian.The association rules analysis showed that Sweet flag always used with Rhizoma Arisaematis,Pinellia ternate, Bamboo shavings,Fu Shen,Talcum,Radix Scrophulariae,Buffalo horn,Cinnabar,Curcuma Longa and Chrysoidine,followed by Antelope Horn,Chrysanthemum,Uncaria and Mulberry Leaves.Fu Shen+Polygala,Radix Scrophulariae+Buffalo horn,Weeping Forsythia+ Honeysuckle, Uncaria+Abalone Shell,Radix Scrophulariae+Buffalo horn+Antelope Horn and Sweetflag+Pinellia ternate+Poria cocos were frequently used drug pair in the treament of convulsive disease.12 factors were conducted through factor analysing high-frequency medicine,which backstepping the basic pathogenesis of convulsive disease. Through drug-frequency factor analysis, we have got12 factors, anti-attack launched evils table, excessive heat the liver,stomach organs fact, hot blood, phlegm, blood deficiency and other convulsive diseases pathogenesis.110 modern medical records were included in and 198 kinds of herbs were covered with a cumulative frequency of 1314 in which 41 herbs appeared equal or more than 10 times with a cumulative frequency of 781.White Peony Root, Baked Licorice, Scorpion, White Muscardine Silkworm, Uncaria, Gegen, Cassia Twig, jujube, Glycyrrhiza, Angelica Sinensis, Gastrodia, Oysters and Centipede were the high-frequency herbs. The herbs effective to remedy deficiency, calm liver-wind,release the exterior, clear heat, relive a caugh and reduce ph legm were frequently used in modern medical record, and among the deficiency-remedying herbs, qi-invigorating herbs were used the most(53.03%) followed by hematinic(37.12%).Interms of property, warm herbs were used the most,followed by the mild and cold herbs;in terms of flavour, sweet, pungent and bitter herbs we re used the most; in terms of channel tropism, herbs with a tropism to the liver meridian were used the most, followed by spleen meridian, lung meridian, stomach meridian, heart meridian and kidney meridian. The association rules analysis showed that white muscardine silkworm always used with Uncaria,Gastrodia,Centipede,lumbricus,Saposhnikovia divaricata,cicada slough and Arisaema.White peony always used with Oyster, scorpion, centipede, silkworm, Atractylodes, Radix Glycyrrhizae, radix salviae miltiorrhizae, Rhizoma Chuanxiong, keel,Poria cocos,Cassia, ginger, jujube, astragalus, salvia, papaya and Ge Gen.Antelope horn,chrysanthemum were always used with Uncaria and Ephedra, ginger with cinnamon. Kudzu was often used compatibility with ephedra, Gui, white peony root, ginger,and jujube,。It was same to licorice Pueraria intended.Keel+oyster,cicada+White peony, Ephedra+cassia twig, Puerarin + Ephedra,Peony + Ephedra,Scorpion and centipede,Keel+oyster+centipede,Turmeric + white muscardine sil kworm +sweetflag and Keel + oyster+White peony +licorice were frequently used drug pair in the treament of convulsive disease.Through drug-frequency factor analysis, we have got 11 kinds of factors, anti-attack launched evils table, excessive heat the liver, stomach organs fact, hot blood, phlegm, blood deficiency,blood stasis spasm disease pathogenesis.11 factors were conducted through factor analysing high-frequency medicine,which backstepping the basic pathogenesis of convul sive disease.Conclusions:1.The cause of convulsive disease might be associated with exogenous pathogenic factors,liver wind, heat, phlegm and blood stasis, deficiency of Qi and blood and other related factors.2.Combination of frigotherapy and pyretotherapy, herbs with sweet properties can relieve spasm, and herbs with sweet and cold properties can Shengjin. 3.The position of convulsive disease is in tendons, and correlated with the heart,lung,spleen,stomach and the kidney.The treament should through liver. 4.Ancient and modern medicine categories are roughly the same, the ancient categories emphasize clearing heat, the modern categories emphasize remedying deficiency.5.On the basis of syndrome differentiation, add herbs with properties of calming the liver appropriately.6.The use of insect drug has received more and more attention in the modern treatment of convulsive disease.
