Based On Data Mining Technology To Study Medication Rule Of Professor Xikui Zhang Treatment Of "Wind Medicine" In Treating Chronic Nephritis

Objective:This study collected from professor xikui Zhang(hereinafter referred to as "mentor")for the treatment of chronic nephritis clinical medical record,set up the database,through the data mining technology to mentor statistical analysis of drugs for the treatment of this disease to explore xikui Zhang,professor of clinical treatment from the "wind" differentiation of chronic nephritis,academic thought,and clinical drug law of "wind",It can better summarize Professor Zhang Xikui’s medication characteristics in treating chronic nephritis.Methods:Through the comprehensive collection and collation of chronic nephritis medical records that met the inclusion criteria from January 2015 to December 2020 in the Second People’s Hospital Affiliated to Fujian University of Chinese Medicine and the outpatient department of Professor Zhang Xikui of Fujian University of Chinese Medicine.WPS 2019,IBS SPSS Statistics 22.0 and IBM SPSS Modeler18.0 software were used to analyze the frequency,association rules and clustering of chronic nephritis cases that met the inclusion criteria,and the results were summarized and summarized.Results:A total of 100 cases with 200 consultations were included in this study.Male was more than female in gender distribution.In the age distribution,41 to 50 years old and 31 to 40 years old have the highest incidence;There were 53 drugs with a frequency of use greater than 5.00%,which were commonly used in this study.In combination with the medication experience of Professor Zhang Xikui,22 commonly used wind drugs were summarized,and the top 10 drugs were distributed as follows: Freshskin Radix,Cicadae sluice,Ephedra,Kochia scoparia,Oysteria mulberry,Forsythia forsythiae,Rhizoma Uncinata,Gastrodia elata and Ocher.The commonly used treatment methods include dispelling wind solution table method,smoothing liver and extinguishing wind method,dispelling wind and detoxification method,dispelling wind dampness method,tonifying kidney and dispelling wind method,searching wind dredging collusion method,dispelling wind and regulating qi method.The main drug combinations are ephedra and almond,ephedra and forsythia,Radix Bupleurum and Radix Scutellariae,Cortex dictamni and Panax notoginseng,Chinese yam and Hookteng,gastrodia elata and Hookteng,Oysteria and concha haliotidis,Cicada slough,Cortex dictamni and Fructus Kochiae.Four groups of core prescriptions were divided into four groups by clustering: Group 1 drugs: ephedra,schisandra chinensis,bitter almond,poria cocos,alisma alisma,pericarpium arecae,peel of tangerine tangerine,forsythiae forsythia,rhizoma alisma and cicada slough.The second group of drugs: astragalus membranaceus,ligustrum lucidum,eclipta prostrata,radix achyranthes bidentata,panax notoginseng,gorgon euryale,poria cocos,cogongrass rhizome,cortex dictamni,cicada slough.The third group of drugs: astragalus membranaceus,fructus Ligustri,eclipta prostrata,radix Achyranthes,poria cocos,cortex dictamni,ephedra,fructus schisandrae,bitter almond,,cogongrass rhizome,cicada slough,fructus kochiae.The fourth group of drugs: rehmannia glutinosa,chinese yam,cornus officinalis,poria coco,alisma alisma,peony bark,astragalus membranaceus,gastrodia elata,uncaria rattan,oysteria,ochre,mother of pearl,and concha haliotidis.Conclusion:Chronic nephritis is mainly caused by internal and external two causes,mainly with three viscera deficiency of lung,spleen and kidney,liver qi stagnation as the foundation,wind,dampness,blood stasis,poison and other pathological products accumulation of diseases.In terms of medication,cold drugs are mostly used to clear away heat and toxin,sweet drugs are used to help healthy qi,pungent drugs are used to remove pathogenic factors,relieve exterior and regulate qi;drugs are mostly used to regulate kidney,liver and lung meridians;drugs are mainly used to tonify deficiency,promote diuresis and dampness,clear away heat and calm liver and wind.There are 22 commonly used herbs for wind medicine,accounting for a large proportion.Most of them are Expel wind and solve table medicine,Liver and wind-extinguishing medicine,Medicine to quench wind and clear collaterals,medicine for rheumatism,Kidney tonifying and wind dispelling medicine.In the treatment,according to the six meridians syndrome differentiation,the prescription was established.The wind pathogen was the first to attack the sun.The main treatment was Xuanfei Qufeng,and maxingweigan decoction was given;Taiyin meridian and Shaoyin meridian are combined with diseases,and wind evil is internal.It is mainly used to strengthen the healthy and eliminate evil.Huangqi Erzhi Pill is added and reduced;Zang-fu deficiency,internal wind long ji,easy to induce the invasion of external wind,while supporting the internal and external wind co-solution,Huangqi Erzhi pill combined with Ma Xingwei Gan Tang;Shaoyin kidney water deficiency,Jueyin liver wind internal movement,mainly to Ziyin Qianyang,Pinggan Xifeng,to qimadihuang decoction.
