Clinical Observation Of Warm Kidney Jianpi Formula Combined With DA Regimen On Acute Myeloid Leukemia (Spleen-kidney Yang Deficiency Syndrome)

Objective:By observing the clinical effect of Warm Kidney Jianpi formula combined with DA regimen chemotherapy on acute myeloid leukemia(spleen-kidney Yang deficiency syndrome),it provides certain clinical basis and therapeutic ideas for the treatment of AML by integrated Chinese and western medicine.Methods: 60 patients in line with the experimental study were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 30 patients in each group using random number table method.The control group was treated with DA scheme chemotherapy alone,and the treatment group was treated with DA scheme chemotherapy combined with warm kidney and Jianpi formula.During this period,the changes of TCM syndrome score,clinical total effective rate,blood transfusion volume,blood routine,quality of life(KPS score,ECOG score)and liver and kidney function were observed and recorded.The efficacy and safety of Warm Kidney Jianpi prescription combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of spleen-kidney Yang deficiency type acute myeloid leukemia were analyzed statistically.Results: During the experiment,there were 12 cases of shedding in the treatment group and 9 cases in the control group,and a total of 39 cases were completed in this study,including 18 cases in the treatment group and 21 cases in the control group.The test results are as follows:1.The treatment group and the control group were comparable in age,sex,prognosis(risk)stratification and classification of leukemia(P>0.05).2.TCM syndrome score: Compared within the groups,the scores of the two groups were lower than before(P<0.05),indicating that chemotherapy alone or combined treatment with warming kidney Jianpi formula could improve the TCM symptoms of patients;The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that warming kidney Jianpi formula combined with chemotherapy was superior to chemotherapy alone in improving symptoms.3.Total response rate analysis: In the treatment group,7 cases had complete response(38.89%),3 cases had partial response(16.67%),and the effective rate was 55.56%.In the control group,11 cases had complete remission(52.39%)and 3 cases had partial remission(14.2%),and the effective rate was 66.67%.After examination,P > 0.05 was not statistically significant,which could not indicate that the curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.4.Comparison of the total amount of red blood cells and platelets transfused: After comparison between groups,the amount of red blood cells and platelets transfused in the treatment group was reduced compared with that before,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that Wenshen Jianpi formula combined with chemotherapy could reduce the total amount of red blood cells and platelets transfused in patients compared with chemotherapy alone.5.Comparison of quality of life score(KPS score,ECOG score): comparison between groups,KPS and ECOG score after treatment were statistically different between groups(P<0.05),indicating that warming kidney Jianpi formula combined with chemotherapy was superior to chemotherapy alone in improving quality of life of patients;6.Comparison of blood routine(leukocytes,neutrophils,hemoglobin,platelets):After comparison between groups,there was no statistical difference in blood routine after treatment(P>0.05),indicating that the recovery of blood cells in patients with warm kidney Jianpi formula combined with chemotherapy was not significantly improved compared with chemotherapy alone.7.Safety indexes(AST,ALT,creatinine): There were no statistically significant differences in creatinine,AST,and ALT between the two groups after intra-group and inter-group comparison(P>0.05),indicating that Wenshen Jianpi formula combined with chemotherapy had no significant damage to the liver and kidney function of patients.Conclusion:1.The treatment regimen of warming kidney and strengthening spleen formula combined with DA chemotherapy is superior to DA chemotherapy alone,which can effectively reduce blood transfusion volume,reduce TCM syndrome score and improve quality of life;2.The formula for warming kidney and strengthening spleen is safe in clinical application and worth studying and promoting.
