Fu Yang Xiao Ke An Prescription Treated Diabetic Of The Yang Deficiency Of Spleen And Kidney Syndrome Clinical Observation

Objective: The South tutor Professor Based on years of clinical experience,developed Fu Yang Xiao Ke An Prescription.This thesis aims to make evaluation on the effectiveness and the security,and then better summary his experiences,and convenient for clinical.It included a brief analysis for One principle and eight rules.Methods:Collecting eligible outpatients and inpatients,adopting random control method,the patients were divided into two groups:30 patients in treatment group and 30 patients in control group.The two groups were both given basic treatment,the treatment group received Fu Yang Xiao Ke An prescription and melbine,the control group received melbine.The course of treatment is one month.Before and after treatment were observed and recorded symptoms,signs and other clinical manifestations,and were measured before and after treatment FPG,2hPG,HbA1 c.Results:The total effective rate were 93.3% and 76.7%,the treatment group were obviously greater than the control group.two groups of glucose metabolism level were lower than before treatment,the therapeutic effect are greater than the control group.In aspect of treating the main symptom,the treatment group are greater than the control group.Above differences were statistically significant.Conclusion: Therapeutic effect of Fu Yang Xiao Ke An Prescription and melbine were better than the control group in course of treating Diabetes of the yang deficiency of spleen and kidney syndrome.This treatment were safe,reliable and no adverse reactions.Clinical trials show that the treatment group had good curative effect in respect of decreasing FPG,2hPG,HbA1 c levels and relieving the clinical symptom,in addition,such treatment is not only a more ideal treatment plan in treating Diabetes of the yang deficiency of spleen and kidney syndrome but also worthy of research and extension.
