Wenyang Jianshen Huoxue Decoction In The Treatment Of Chronic Kidney Disease3-4 Stage Spleen And Kidney Yang Deficiency Syndrome Observation On The Clinical Curative Effect Of Patients With Yang Deficiency Syndrome

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy and related biochemical indicators of Wenyang Jianshen Huoxue Decoction in the treatment of patients with CKD stage3-4 with spleen and kidney Yang deficiency syndrome,and to evaluate the safety and effectiveness of the decoction,in order to apply the decoction to improve the clinical symptoms of patients,Improve the quality of life of patients,provide a reference for the clinical promotion and application of the prescription,and provide new ideas for the treatment of CKD with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine.Methods: From January 2020 to December 2020,60 patients with CKD3-4 spleen and kidney yang deficiency in the outpatient and inpatient departments of the Nephrology Department of Gansu Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine who met the inclusion criteria of this trial were divided into treatment groups and inpatients according to the principle of randomized control.In the control group,each group had 30 cases.Both groups were given basic western medicine treatment.The treatment group was given Wenyang Jianshen Huoxue Decoction at the same time as the basic treatment for 3 months.After the course of treatment,the changes in urea nitrogen,blood creatinine,glomerular filtration rate,cystatin C,β2microglobulin,and TCM syndrome scores of the two groups of patients before and after treatment were observed,and the data was statistically processed with SPSS21.0.Analyze and discuss the clinical efficacy of this prescription.Results:(1)Comparison of total effective rate: the total effective rate of the control group is 80%,the total effective rate of the treatment group is 93.33%,the treatment group is better than the control group,the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)Comparison of TCM syndromes:The total scores of TCM syndromes in the two groups were lower than before(P<0.05);the improvement of TCM syndromes in the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).(3)Relevant biochemical indicators:The treatment group was better than the control group in reducing urea nitrogen,blood creatinine,cystatin C,β2 microglobulin,and improving glomerular filtration rate,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:(1)Wenyang Jianshen Huoxue Decoction can improve the clinical symptoms of CKD3-4spleen and kidney yang fonts,thereby delaying the progress of renal function.(2)Wenyang Jianshen Huoxue Decoction has no adverse reactions,indicating that it is safe and effective,and it is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
