Objective: This project is an in-depth study based on the index system of general practice department configuration and construction in general hospital(clinical base for general practice residential training)established by the research group in the early stage. The questionnaire designed according to the index system is used to investigate the recognition status and degree of general practitioners in general hospital on various indicators, and further study the applicability and feasibility of the index system. At the same time, the influencing factors of each index score are analyzed statistically. Methods: Based on the allocation and construction index system of general practice departments in general hospitals(clinical base for general practice residential training)constructed by the research group,a questionnaire was developed to randomly select60 general hospitals nationwide in December 2021,and all general practitioners in the60 hospitals were surveyed. The content of the questionnaire was divided into two parts: the basic information of general practitioners and the self-evaluation recognition of the index system.A total of 702 questionnaires were sent out.In December 2022,652 effective questionnaires were collected, with an effective recovery rate of 92.9%.SPSS 25.0 software was used for statistical analysis, and descriptive data analysis, exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory impact factor analysis and other methods were used for statistical data analysis.Independent sample t test,one-way analysis of variance and multivariate analysis of variance were used to analyze the factors affecting the importance score.Results:(1)Reliability and validity analysis: The Kronbach coefficient of the scale was0.989,indicating that the overall homogeneity of the questionnaire was good, and the reliability of each dimension was greater than 0.955,indicating that the reliability of the questionnaire was good. The KMO value of recognition score for the index system of department allocation and construction in general medicine department of general hospital was 0.978,and the difference of Bartlett spherality test results was statistically significant(P<0.05).Six common factors were extracted after exploratory factor analysis, and the cumulative variance contribution rate was 74.74%.The results of confirmatory factor analysis were acceptable.(2)The total score of recognition for the allocation and construction index system of general practice departments in general hospitals was 4.56,and the recognition score of all indicators was ≥ 4.08,indicating that the general practitioners in this survey recognized all indicators of allocation and construction of general practice departments in general hospitals with a high degree of recognition. Therefore,it is considered that the index system of general practice department allocation and construction in general hospitals has good representativeness and applicability, and can be used as the basis for the allocation and construction of general practice departments in national general hospitals.(3)There were statistically significant differences in recognition of the allocation and construction of general practice departments among general practitioners with different professional titles in teaching and research(P<0.05).There was no statistical significance in the recognition of department allocation and construction evaluation indicators among general practitioners in different regions(P>0.05).General practitioners of different types of residential training bases had statistical significance in determining the importance of the allocation and construction of general practice departments in scientific research(P<0.05).Conclusion:(1)The surveyed general practitioners generally recognized the indicators of the allocation and construction index system of general medicine departments in general hospitals(general practice residential training clinical base),and the recognition degree was very high.(2)General practitioners have a high degree of recognition of the six first-level indicators of the allocation and construction of general medicine departments, among which the highest degree of recognition of the first-level indicator teaching.(3)There is no difference in the recognition degree of general practitioners in different types of residential training bases for the allocation and construction of general medicine departments except for scientific research.
