Clinical Observation On The Hemostatic Effect Of Jianpi Guchong Formula Combined With Didrogesterone Tablets In The Treatment Of Metrorrhagia Due To Deficiency Of Spleen And Kidney(Anovulatory Abnormal Uterine Bleeding)

Objective: To explore the therapeutic effect and safety of Jianpi Guchong Formula combined with Diqu Progesterone Tablets on hemostasis in the treatment of metrorrhagia(spleen kidney deficiency syndrome).Method: 70 patients with metrorrhagia and leakage who meet the requirements were selected and randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group of 35 cases each.The treatment group was treated with Jianpi Guchong Formula combined with Diqu Progesterone Tablets,while the control group was treated with Diqu Progesterone Tablets alone.After 10 days of treatment,the hemostatic effect was observed by observing the hemostatic time,hemostatic efficacy,and hemoglobin level;after treating three menstrual cycles,observe the consolidation effect and medication safety of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores,hemoglobin levels,sex hormone levels,renal function,and liver function on the menstrual cycle.Result:(1)General comparison: The two groups of patients with metrorrhagia before treatment were comparable in terms of age,bleeding time,and course of disease,with no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).(2)Comparison of therapeutic efficacy indicators after 10 days of treatment: Compared with the control group,the treatment group can effectively shorten the hemostatic time and improve the hemostatic efficacy,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05);both groups were able to improve Hb values,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).(3)Comparison of therapeutic efficacy indicators after treating three menstrual cycles: The therapeutic effect of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome comparison was better in the treatment group than in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05);Both groups were able to effectively improve the scores of various traditional Chinese medicine syndromes,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the treatment group was able to effectively improve the bleeding days,bleeding volume,shortness of breath,empty abdomen,weak waist and knees,pale or dull complexion,frequent nocturia,loose stools,and total treatment scores in traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),but there was no statistically significant difference in lack of appetite or decreased libido(P>0.05);both groups were able to effectively improve Hb values,and the treatment group was superior to the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05);both groups were able to improve LH and E2 values,and the treatment group was superior to the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The effect of improving FSH values in both groups was not significant,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).(4)Comparison of safety indicators: Both groups of patients had normal liver and kidney function indicators before and after treatment,and no adverse reactions occurred during the process.Conclusion: The combination of Jianpi Guchong Formula and Diqu Progesterone Tablets can effectively shorten the hemostatic time and improve the hemostatic efficacy in the treatment of patients with spleen kidney deficiency type metrorrhagia.Long term treatment can improve the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score and Hb value of patients,reduce LH value,increase E2 value,and have no adverse reactions.
