The Clinical Research Of Guchong Zhixue Decoction In Treating Bleeding Phase Of Adolescent Anovulatory Dysfunctional Uterine Bleeding With Qi Deficiency And Blood Stasis Syndrome

Objective: To explore systematically the effect and the hemostasis principle of Guchong Zhixue Decoction (GCZXD) in treating bleeding phase of adolescent anovulatory dysfunctional uterine bleeding (DUB) with Qi deficiency and Blood stasis syndrome based on the theoretical and clinical research under the guidance of traditional and western medical theory. Method: 60 patients were divide randomly into test group (30 cases, treated with GCZXD) and control group (30 cases, treated with Zhi Kang capsule). The hemostasis effect, the improvements of clinical symptoms and serum sex hormone, the density of endometrium, prothrombin time (PT) and activated partial prothrombin time (APTT), platelet volume distribution amplitude (PDW) and mean platelet volume (MPV), the serum level of fibrinogen degradation products (FDP) were observed. Results: GCZXD could improve clinical symptoms of patients obviously, and the difference was significant compared to control group. Meanwhile, the density of endometrium, PT, APTT and FDP were decreased, PDW and MPV were increased compared to those of the pretherapy, the blood circulation was improved greatly, and the difference was significant compared to control group that viscosity of plasma, viscosity of blood and erythrocyte sedimentation rate were decreased, the fibrinogen was increased. Conclusion: GCZXD is an effective recipe in treating DUB with Qi deficiency and Blood stasis syndrome. The effect may be achieved through the operation of decreasing PT and APTT, increasing the level of PDW and MPV, adjusting the serum level of FDP.
