The Clinical Observation Of Jiaweiguchong Decoction In Treating Adolescent Abnormal Uterine Bleeding With Deficiency Of Spleen And Kidney

Objective : To investigate the clinical effect of Jiawei Guchong Decoction on adolescent abnormal uterine bleeding with deficiency of spleen and kidney,and to provide scientific basis for Jiawei Guchong Decoction in treating adolescent abnormal uterine bleeding with deficiency of spleen and kidney.Methods : Will be included in the standard of 72 cases of spleen kidney both deficiency type adolescence 36 cases with abnormal uterine bleeding were randomly divided into test group(oral flavored solid soup treatment)and control group 36 cases(oral palace blood particles stop treatment),observe two groups of TCM syndrome before and after treatment,the hemostatic efficacy of medicine(start to vaginal bleeding stop time),endometrial thickness,red blood cell count(RBC),hemoglobin(HGB),prothrombin time(PT),activated clotting time(APTT)live enzymes,the change of serum Ca2 + content and adverse reactions occur,clinical curative effect of statistics.Results:1.Syndrome efficacy: the total effective rate of Jiawei Guchong decoction was 93.9%,which was higher than that of Gongxueting granule group(75.8%),and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).There was significant difference in syndrome score between the two groups before and after treatment(P < 0.05),indicating that the two groups can improve the TCM syndrome of spleen kidney deficiency type of adolescent abnormal uterine bleeding,but the effect of Jiawei Guchong Decoction group was better than Gongxueting granule group.2.Syndrome efficacy: the total effective rate of Jiawei Guchong decoction was96.9%,which was higher than that of Gongxueting granule group(81.8%),and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).There was significant difference in syndrome score between the two groups before and after treatment(P < 0.05),indicating that the two groups can improve the TCM syndrome of spleen kidney deficiency type of adolescent abnormal uterine bleeding,but the effect of Jiawei Guchong Decoction group was better than Gongxueting granule group.3.Changes in observation indexes: RBC,HGB and serum calcium were increased(P<0.05),while PT,APTT and endometrial thickness were decreased(P<0.05)in 2 groups before and after treatment.These results indicated that both groups could improve the above observation indexes of adolescent abnormal uterine bleeding in the type of spleen and kidney deficiency,but the improvement in the Jiawigu Chong Tang group was significantly higher than that in the Gongxue Stomping group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).4.Hemostasis time: the experimental group needed fewer days of hemostasis than the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the hemostasis speed of the Jiaweigu Chong Tang group was faster than that of the Gongxueting Granules group.5.Safety comparison: There were no adverse reactions related to this trial in both groups during the treatment periodConclusion : Jiawei Guchong Decoction can improve the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome of adolescent patients with abnormal uterine bleeding due to deficiency of spleen and kidney.By promoting uterine contraction,it can reduce endometrial thickness,increase serum Ca2+ level,shorten coagulation time,promote coagulation,anti-inflammatory and improve immunity.It requires less days of hemostasis,has definite hemostasis effect and good safety.
