A Clinical Observation On Jiawei Wenjing Decoction Combined With Acupuncture In The Treatment Of Dysmenorrhea Of Adenomyosis Of Cold Congeal And Blood Stasis Type

Objective:This study by observing the clinical effect of Jiawei Wenjing decoction Combined with Acupuncture of patients with Dysmenorrhea of Adenomyosis of Cold Congeal and Blood Stasis Type befor and after treatment,this study aims to explore a more safe and effective treatment method,which is convenient for clinical application and promotion.Methods:A total of 72 patients with adenomyosis who were treated in the the Second Department of Gynecology,the Second Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine from December 2021 to March2023 were selected.The traditional Chinese medicine dialectic was cold congeal and blood stasis type.72 patients were divided into treatment group and control group by random number table method,with 36 patients in each group.The treatment group was treated with oral Jiawei Wenjing Decoction combined with acupuncture,and the control group was treated with oral Jiawei Wenjing decoction.The changes of dysmenorrhea symptom score,dysmenorrhea VAS score and TCM syndrome score before and after three menstrual cycles were recorded in the two groups.Statistical analysis of the collected data was performed using SPSS24.0 to evaluate the clinical efficacy.Results:1.Comparison of VAS score: After treatment,VAS score of both groups decreased,and the reduction of VAS score of the treatment group was significantly greater than that of the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.01),indicating that Jiawei Wenjing Decoction combined with acupuncture was better than Jiawei Wenjing Decoction alone in improving VAS score of patients.2.Comparison of dysmenorrhea symptom score: After treatment,the dysmenorrhea symptom score of both groups decreased,and the decline of dysmenorrhea symptom score of the treatment group was significantly greater than that of the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05),indicating that Jiawei Wenjing Decoction combined with acupuncture was better than Jiawei Wenjing Decoction orally in improving the dysmenorrhea symptom scores.3.Comparison of dysmenorrhea efficacy: after treatment,both groups can improve the symptoms of dysmenorrhea.The total effective rate of the treatment group was 94.12%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 85.71%.There was a statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05),indicating that Jiawei Wenjing Decoction combined with acupuncture was superior to the oral decoction alone in improving the efficacy of dysmenorrhea.4.Comparison of TCM syndrome integral: after treatment,the TCM syndrome integral of both groups decreased,and the reduction of TCM syndrome integral of the treatment group was significantly greater than that of the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.01),indicating that Jiawei Wenjing Decoction combined with acupuncture was superior to Jiawei Wenjing Decoction orally in improving TCM syndrome integral.5.Comparison of curative effect of TCM syndrome: After treatment,both groups can improve TCM syndrome.The total effective rate of the treatment group was 94.12%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 80%.There was a statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05),,indicating that Jiawei Wenjing Decoction combined with acupuncture was superior to the oral decoction alone in improving the curative effect of TCM syndrome.Conclusion:1.The treatment group treated with Jiawei Wenjing Decoction combined with acupuncture and the control group treated with Jiawei Wenjing Decoction alone can improve the symptoms of dysmenorrhea of adenomyosis and related TCM syndromes of adenomyosis.2.The VAS score,dysmenorrhea symptom score,and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score in the treatment group showed a more significant decrease,and the total effective rate of dysmenorrhea efficacy and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome efficacy in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group,indicating that the treatment group had better effects than the control group.3.The whole process of treatment is to warm the meridians to dissipate cold,remove blood stasis and relieve pain,and no obvious adverse reactions occurred during the treatment,indicating that the treatment of Jiawei Wenjing Decoction combined with acupuncture is safe and effective,and is suitable for clinical use.
