| Objective:Research shows that in recent years,the incidence of endometriosis（EMT）is increasing year by year,which brings pelvic pain,infertility,irregular menstruation and other symptoms deeply troubled women of childbearing age,seriously affecting the physical and mental health of women of childbearing age,and there is no specific drug for THE treatment of EMT.This study compared the clinical efficacy of Wenjing Zhitong Decoction and Sanjie Zhentong Capsule in the treatment of cold coagulation and blood stasis TYPE EMT.Mainly observed in the two groups before and after 3 months of treatment in patients with dysmenorrhea symptom scores,degree of pain score（VAS scale）,the TCM symptom score,pain duration,the change of serum CA125 and so on,further evaluate the curative effect of Wenjing Zhitong Decoction on patients with cold coagulation and blood stasis EMT,provide feasible research ideas for the treatment of cold coagulation and blood stasis EMT,and provide reference for the study on improving infertility and dysmenorrhea caused by EMT.Methods:All cases in this study were selected from female patients with cold coagulation and blood stasis EMT at childbearing age who were admitted to the Gynecological Outpatient Department of Wuhan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2019 to December 2021.A total of 60 patients meeting the requirements were selected after screening.After informed consent of the patients,60 patients were randomly divided into two groups using a random number table.The study group was treated with Wenjing Zhitong Decoction and the control group was treated with Sanjie Zhentong capsule.During the treatment process,5 patients failed to complete the treatment cycle for various reasons,so they were removed,including 3 cases in the study group and 2 cases in the control group.Finally,27 cases in the study group and 28 cases in the control group were obtained.The study group was given Wenjing Zhitong Decoction granules（produced from Beijing Kangrentang Pharmaceutical Co.,LTD.）,consisting of Danggui 15g,Guizhi 10g,Ezhu 10g,Sanleng 10g,Chishao 12g,Xixin 3g,Tongcao 6g,Paojiang 10g,Zhi GanCao 6g.Patients were told to take one dose in the morning and one dose in the evening for 3 months.If the menstrual volume is large,the medication can be postponed and continued after the end of the menstrual period.The control group was given Sanjie Zhentong capsule,produced from Jiangsu Kangyuan Pharmaceutical Co.,LTD.,and the patients were instructed to take it orally,3 times a day,4 pills a time,for 3 months.If the menstrual volume is large,the medication can be postponed until the end of the menstrual period.After 3 months of treatment,the changes of dysmenorrhea symptom score,VAS score,TCM symptom score,pain duration,serum CA125,etc.,as well as the overall efficacy evaluation of the two groups were observed respectively.SPSS24.0 was used to analyze the relevant data to evaluate whether the study met the statistical requirements.Results:1.Before treatment,there was no statistical significance in age,course of disease,number of pregnancy,dysmenorrhea symptom score,VAS score,TCM syndrome score,duration of pain,serum CA125 and other aspects between the two groups（P>0.05）,indicating comparability.2.After treatment,the score of dysmenorrhea symptom was 6.44±3.56 in the study group and 9.00±3.84 in the control group.The score of dysmenorrhea symptom was decreased in both the two groups,and the comparison between the two groups was statistically significant（P within the group<0.01,Pbetween the groups<0.05）.The results showed that the two groups of drugs can reduce the dysmenorrhea symptom score,and the effect of Wenjing Zhitong Decoction is better than Sanjie Zhentong capsule.3.After treatment,VAS score of the study group was 2.70±1.95,and VAS score of the control group was 4.39±2.07.VAS score of the two groups decreased to varying degrees,with statistically significant differences within and between groups（P within groups<0.01,P between groups<0.05）.It indicates that the two groups of drugs can relieve the pain of patients to a certain extent,and the effect of Wenjing Zhitong Decoction is better than Sanjie Zhentong capsule.4.After treatment,the TCM syndrome score of the study group was 6.41±2.74,while that of the control group was 8.79±3.44.The TCM syndrome score of the two groups decreased,with statistically significant differences within and between groups（P within groups<0.01,P between groups<0.05）.It shows that the two groups of drugs can improve the TCM symptoms of patients,and the effect of Wenjing Zhitong decoction is superior..5.After treatment,the serum CA125 values of study group and control group were 31.96±12.60 and 33.68±14.45,respectively,which decreased compared with before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant（P<0.01）,but there was no significant difference between the two groups after treatment（P>0.05）.It is comparable.It indicated that the two groups of drugs could reduce the serum CA125 value of patients to a certain extent,but there was no significant difference in the therapeutic effect between the two groups.6.After treatment,the days of dysmenorrhea in the study group and the control group were 1.78±1.19 days and 2.82±1.49 days respectively,which were reduced in different degrees compared with before treatment,and the comparisons within and between groups were statistically significant（P within groups<0.01,P between groups<0.05）.The results showed that the two groups of drugs were effective in reducing the number of days of dysmenorrhea,and the effect of Wenjing Zhitong Decoction was better than Sanjie Zhentong capsule.7.After treatment,the concomitant symptoms of patients in the two groups were improved to varying degrees.In general,The effect of Wenjing Zhitong Decoction on improving concomitant symptoms was significantly better than that of Sanjie Zhentong capsule,and patients’satisfaction was higher.8.By observing the overall efficacy of all the tested patients after 3 months of treatment,it can be found that both the study group and the control group can achieve therapeutic effect,and the overall efficacy of Wenjing Zhitong Decoction group is better than that of Sanjie Zhentong capsule group,and the difference is statistically significant after statistical analysis.There were no serious adverse reactions in both groups during and at the end of treatment,indicating that Wenjing Zhitong Decoction has high safety.Conclusion:Both Wenjing Zhitong Decoction and Sanjie Zhentong capsule can effectively relieve the symptoms of patients,and Wenjing Zhitong Decoction can significantly improve the TCM symptoms of patients,and its overall effective rate is higher than Sanjie Zhentong capsule.During the study,no serious adverse reactions occurred in the two groups of patients,indicating that the drug has high
