Objective: Cancer related fatigue(CRF)refers to a subjective fatigue that patients feel during cancer and its treatment,which affects the psychological state and quality of life of patients.Because its pathogenesis is not clear,the effect of western medicine treatment is not obvious.This clinical study provides new ideas for clinical diagnosis and treatment by observing the curative effect of Guben Decoction on cancer-related fatigue with Qi and blood deficiency syndrome.Methods: A total of 60 patients with CRF qi and blood deficiency syndrome were selected from our hospital,30 in the experimental group and 30 in the control group.The control group was given routine nutritional support,and the experimental group was given oral reinforcement of this decoction on the basis of nutritional support.After 3 months of treatment,PFS-R score,KPS score,TCM syndrome score and blood routine index were compared between the two groups before and after treatment,and liver and kidney function were observed.The data were analyzed by SPSS26.0.Results: The included cases were not lost.The experimental group and the control group before and after treatment in the overall fatigue state,behavior,emotion,body and cognitive dimension score,KPS score,TCM shortness of breath,fatigue,fatigue,palpitations,insomnia symptoms were improved to a certain extent,the comparison between the two groups,the improvement effect of the experimental group was more obvious,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05);There was no significant difference in laboratory indexes(P > 0.05).There were no abnormalities in the safety indexes of the two groups before and after treatment,and no adverse events occurred in the two groups.Conclusion:(1)Guben decoction combined with nutritional support can improve the clinical symptoms of CRF patients with qi deficiency syndrome,and has a great effect on improving the quality of life of patients.(2)Guben decoction combined with nutritional support is safe for CRF qi and blood deficiency syndrome,which is worthy of clinical promotion. |
