Clinical Study Of Guben Huaji Recipe In The Treatment Of Advanced Pancreatic Cancer With Qi-deficiency And Poisonous Blood Stasis Syndrome

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Guben Huaji decoction in the treatment of advanced pancreatic cancer with qi deficiency and phlegm and blood stasis syndrome.Methods:Sixty patients with advanced pancreatic cancer who met the inclusion criteria were numbered according to the order of treatment,and then 30 patients in the treatment group and the control group were randomly selected.The control group received only symptomatic supportive treatment(Such as nutrition support,electrolyte balance maintenance,pain relief,emesis prevention and other treatmen).The treatment group was given a Guben Huaji decoction on the basis of the control group,and the observation period was 3 months.Observed KPS score and TCM symptom improvement rate,solid tumor efficacy,serum tumor marker(CA19-9),serum inflammatory marker neutrophil count/lymphocyte count(NLR),platelet count/lymphocyte count(PLR),C-reactive protein(CRP).Results:There was no significant difference in the efficacy of solid tumors and serum tumor markers(CA19-9)between the two groups(P>0.05);The KPS score,TCM symptom improvement rate and serum inflammatory markers(NLR,PLR,CRP)levels of the two groups were compared,The treatment group was superior to the control group with statistical significance(P<0.05)..Conclusion:Guben Huaji decoction combined with Western medicine symptomatic support treatment can alleviate the clinical symptoms of patients with advanced pancreatic cancer,improve the quality of life,reduce the serum inflammatory markers and prolong the survival period.
