Interventional Effect Of Guben Huayu Decoction In The Process Of Reducing And Stopping Tumor Necrosis Factor Antagonists In Patients With Plateau Rheumatoid Arthritis With Qi Deficiency And Blood Stasis Type

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Guben Huayu Decoction in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis patients with qi deficiency and blood stasis in plateau areas during the process of reducing and stopping tumor necrosis factor antagonists.Methods:This study included 60 patients who received recombinant human tumor necrosis factor receptor Ⅱ-Ig G Fc fusion protein(rh TNFR:Fc)from November2020 to October 2021 in the rheumatology outpatient department of Qinghai Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine after 12 weeks of treatment.of patients with rheumatoid arthritis of Qi deficiency and blood stasis type.The treatment group and the control group were divided into groups by random number table method,and 30 cases were included in each group.The treatment group and the control group were given methotrexate tablets + Guben Huayu Decoction on the basis of the reduced dose of rh TNFR:Fc;the control group was given methotrexate tablets.At 0 days,30 days,60 days,and 90 days of the rh TNFR:Fc reduction phase of the two groups of patients,the changes in symptoms and signs,TCM syndrome scores,laboratory indicators,and DAS28 scores were observed,using SPSS17.0 Statistical software conducts statistical analysis on the collected clinical data,and evaluates the efficacy and safety of Guben Huayu Decoction.Results: A total of 58 patients included in this clinical study completed the treatment cycle.One case dropped out in the treatment group and the control group,respectively,and 29 cases each completed the research process.The number of painful joints,the number of swollen joints,joint function classification,TCM syndrome score and DAS28 score before and after treatment in the two groups were significantly improved,with statistical difference(P<0.05).,anti-CCP,ESR,CRP were significantly decreased,with statistical significance(P < 0.05),the control group had statistical significance in reducing RF before and after treatment(P < 0.05),anti-CCP,ESR,CRP There was no statistical difference(P>0.05),and there was no significant change in the safety indicators between the two groups before and after treatment(P>0.05).There were statistical differences between the treatment group and the control group in the above indicators(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment group was better than the control group in effective relief of TCM syndromes,symptoms and signs,and laboratory indexes.In terms of total effective rate,the treatment group was better than the control group.The incidence of adverse reactions was comparable between the two groups.Guben Huayu Decoction has more clinical curative effect in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis patients with qi deficiency and blood stasis type in the plateau area during the process of reducing and stopping strong grams.
