Clinical Observation Of Traditional Chinese Medicine Iontophoresis Combined With Rukuaixiao Syrup In The Treatment Of Hepatic Depressed Sputum Coagulation Cradle

Objective:In this study,the clinical efficacy of iontophoresis combined with Rukuaixiao syrup in the treatment of hepatic depression and coagulation cradle was objectively evaluated by observing the changes of breast pain,breast lump and TCM symptoms in patients with breast hyperplasia before and after the treatment of iontophoresis combined with Rukuaixiao syrup,and compared with the treatment of non-iontophoresis combined with Rukuaixiao syrup treatment with traditional Chinese medicine,and a new idea for the treatment of breast hyperplasia was sought.Method:The patients with breast hyperplasia who attended the surgical outpatient clinic of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine were selected and enrolled according to the inclusion criteria,and randomly divided into 33 cases in the observation group and 32 cases in the control group,the observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine iontophoresis + Rukuaixiao syrup,and the control group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine non-iontophoresis + Rukuaixiao syrup.Both groups were enrolled in treatment from the end of menstruation to the corresponding date of the next menstrual cycle,for a total of 2 courses.Traditional Chinese medicine(non-)iontophoresis therapy is added at the same time as oral drug treatment.Oral medicine 3 times a day,menstrual discontinuation.Iontophoresis therapy was treated 15 times in 1 course and stopped during menstruation.After two courses of treatment,the changes of breast symptoms(VAS pain score,pain duration),breast signs(tenderness,lump size,texture,range score)and TCM systemic syndrome score before and after treatment were observed,and the data were statistically analyzed using SPSS26.0.Results:In this trial,62 cases were actually treated(2 cases were dropped in the observation group and 1 case was dropped in the control group),and 31 cases were completed in the observation group and 31 cases in the control group.The total effective rate of the iontophoresis combined Rukuaixiao syrup group was 90.32%,and the total effective rate of the non-iontophoresis combined Rukuaixiao syrup group was 74.19%,and the P<0.05 was compared and analyzed by SPSS software,indicating that the effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group.In terms of improving breast VAS pain score,pain duration,breast tenderness,lump size,lump range and some medical symptoms(including chest and flank tenderness,irritability),the difference <was statistically significant,indicating that the observation group was better than the control group.In the texture of breast lump and some systemic symptoms of Chinese medicine(including upset and bitter mouth,abdominal pain),P>0.05 were not statistically significant,indicating that there was no significant difference between the observation group and the control group.Conclusion:The overall efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine iontophoresis combined with Rukuaixiao syrup in the treatment of breast hyperplasia patients was good,and it was higher than that of traditional Chinese medicine non-iontophoresis combined with Rukuaixiao syrup.While reducing the degree of breast pain,shortening the pain time,reducing the size and distribution of the lump,it can effectively relieve the patient’s chest and flank swelling,good and irritable TCM systemic symptoms,and improve the patient’s quality of life...
