Clinical Observation Of Acupunture Combined With Rukuaixiao Grenules In The Treatment Of Liver Depression And Phlegm Condensation Type Of Hyperplasia Of Mammary Glands

Objective: In this study,by observing the changes of breast pain,tumor diameter,tumor texture,tumor distribution range and systemic accompanying symptoms before and after treatment,we analyzed the clinical efficacy of acupuncture combined with Rukuaixiao granule in the treatment of breast hyperplasia of liver stagnation and phlegm and coagulation type.To provide a safe and effective method for clinical treatment of breast hyperplasia of liver stagnation and phlegm condensationMethod:The subjects of this study were all patients who were treated in the outpatient department of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from December 2021 to December 2022.According to the inclusion criteria,72 cases were selected into the group,36 cases in the observation group and the control group.In the observation group,acupuncture combined with Rukuaixiao granules was used,and the main acupuncture points were selected as Ashi point,Jianjing point(GB21),Danzhong point(RN17),Yingchuang point(ST16),Qimen point(LR14)and Tianzong point(SL11).Zusanli point(ST 36),Fenglong point(ST40)and Taichong point(LR 3)were selected for dialectics.The control group was given Rukuaixiao granules only.Both groups were enrolled after color Doppler ultrasound examination within4 days after the end of menstruation,and were treated for 2 consecutive menstrual cycles.Before and after treatment,the patient’s breast pain,breast mass size,breast mass texture,breast mass distribution range and systemic symptoms were recorded.SPSS software was used to analyze the data.Results: 1.A total of 65 patients completed the treatment according to the requirements,33 cases in the observation group and 32 cases in the control group.Both the observation group and the control group were effective in the treatment of hyperplasia of mammary gland of liver stagnation and phlegm stagnation type.The effective rate of acupuncture combined with Rukuaixiao granule group was 90.91%,and the curative effect of the control group with only oral Rukuaixiao granules was 84.38%,and the effect of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P < 0.05).2.Both the observation group and the control group had a significant effect in relieving pain and related TCM syndromes(P < 0.01).The effect of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group in improving pain,abnormal menstruation and limb sleepiness(P < 0.01).The curative effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group in improving mood and chest and flank fullness(P < 0.05).There was no difference in the improvement of blood stasis symptoms between the two groups(P > 0.05).3.In terms of improving the symptoms and signs related to breast lump,the observation group and the control group had a significant effect(P < 0.01),and there was no difference between the two groups(P > 0.05).Conclusion: 1.Both acupuncture combined with Rukuaixiao granules and simple oral administration of Rukuaixiao granules have certain curative effect on hyperplasia of mammary gland of liver stagnation and phlegm stagnation type,and the clinical curative effect of acupuncture combined with Rukuaixiao granules is better than simple oral administration of Rukuaixiao granules.2.Acupuncture combined with Rukuaixiao granule has a certain effect on the main clinical symptoms and systemic accompanying symptoms:It can significantly improve the symptoms of breast pain in patients with hyperplasia of mammary gland of liver stagnation and phlegm stagnation type,effectively reduce the size of breast mass,improve the texture of the mass,reduce the distribution range of the mass,and improve the symptoms of emotional disorders,abnormal menstruation,chest and side fullness symptoms,limb tiredness symptoms,and blood stasis symptoms.
