Evaluation Of Therapeutic Effect On The Acupoint Iontophoresis Of Traditional Chinese Medicine Iontherapy Treatment On Hyperplasia Of Mammary Gland

Objective To study the clinical efficacy of iontophoresis using traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of breast hyperplasia.Methods 100 cases of patients in our hospital from February 2015 to February 2016 were randomly divided into control group and observation group.The curative effect on hyperplasia of mammary gland in two groups was evaluated.The pain of patients was evaluated before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.In the observation group and the control group,the thickness of the bilateral mammary glands in the observation group was significantly reduced after the treatment,while in the control group only the thickness of the left mammary gland was significantly reduced,while the observation group was reducing the thickness of the mammary gland.Compared with the observation group.After treatment,the duration of pain,the current pain score and the most pain score in the observation group and the control group were significantly reduced,and there were significant differences.After treatment,the most pain score and the current pain score in the control group decreased significantly(P<0.05).There are a few allergic reactions in both groups during the treatment,and there is no significant difference between the two groups.Conclusion the iontophoresis of acupoint with Chinese medicine in the treatment of breast hyperplasia can significantly improve the pain and lump symptoms of the breast,and reduce mammary gland thickness,reduce the duration of breast pain,the pain score and the current pain score,long-term curative effect is well,safe and comfortable,it is worthy of popularization and application.
