Clinical Application Of Chinese Patent Medicine In The Treatment Of Breast Hyperplasia

Objective:"Evidence-based,consensus as a supplement,experience as a guide",through the literature research and expert consensus method for the Western physicians and general practitioners to select evidence-based evidence and expert consensus on the treatment of breast hyperplasia Chinese medicine;and Yanlu Rukang Capsule for example,to observe the efficacy of the treatment of YanLu RuKang Capsule deficiency hyperplasia.Method:Systematic reviews:According to the research methods of Cochrane Systematic Review,a comprehensive and systematic search of electronic databases including CNKI,Wanfang Data,VIP Database,SinoMed and MEDLINE,PubMed,EMBase,Cochrane Library,NGC.After screening the literature according to the row-ranking criteria,the Cochrane Collaboration Network Bias Risk Assessment Tool was used to evaluate the methodological quality of the included studies,the basic information of the included studies was extracted,the results were meta-analyzed using RevMan 5.3 software,and the results were analyzed using GRADEpro software.Quality assessment and evidence level recommendation.Expert consensus:To collect and sort out the listed proprietary Chinese medicines for the treatment of mammary gland hyperplasia,design two rounds of expert questionnaires and consult experts from different regions for traditional Chinese medicine and Chinese and Western medicine breast atherosclerosis.The first round mainly deals with the functional indications of proprietary Chinese medicines in the specification.Western medical terminology and classification of proprietary Chinese medicines according to syndrome differentiation principles,and recommendations on their types,dosage forms,and course of treatment.The second round mainly focused on the familiarity,recommendation strength and application of different Chinese patent medicines.Clinical Trials:Taking Yanlu Rukang Capsule as an example,the treatment of 30 cases of kidney hyperplasia with kidney-yang deficiency was conducted.One month was used as a course of treatment.A total of 2 courses of treatment were used to observe the changes in patients' symptoms and signs.Results:Literature study included 81 articles,including 78 RCT studies,3 systematic reviews.After Meta analysis and GRADE evidence level evaluation,recommended proprietary Chinese medicines are:Rupixiao,Hongjinxiaojie capsule,RupiSanjie capsule.Comprehensive treatment of 35 cases of Chinese patent medicine for the treatment of breast hyperplasia,expert consensus Recommended proprietary Chinese medicines:Liver Qi stasis type:Xiaoyao Pills;Liver Yu Huo type:Rupixiao tablets;liver depression and blood stasis type:Hongjinxiaojie tablets;liver depression and phlegm type:XiaoJin Wan;Chong Ren disorders pattern:YanLuRuKang capsules.Clinical trials through the two-month observation showed that YanLuRuKang Capsule treatment of stagnation of kidney yang deficiency syndrome in patients with breast pain and breast lumps were statistically significant.Conclusion:Chinese medicine treatment of breast hyperplasia compared with Western medicine in the efficiency and reduce adverse reactions has obvious advantages,but most of the literature in clinical trial methodological quality is low,the lack of large-scale,large sample,multicenter clinical randomized controlled Trials and rigorous systematic evaluation in the future clinical trials in order to be the direction to improve the level of evidence-based medical evidence;Expert consensus recommended for the treatment of breast hyperplasia of proprietary Chinese medicine stressed that the syndrome-based;clinical trial results surface Deer Rukang Capsule can alleviate the symptoms of patients with hyperplasia of kidney yang deficiency syndrome,but the number of cases is small,and no control group,still need further improvement.Chinese patent medicine has the advantages of relatively accurate,less adverse reactions,easy to carry and stable dosage form.Traditional Chinese medicine with evidence-based medical evidence and expert consensus worthy of further promotion in clinicians,including Western doctors and general practitioners.
