Effect Of Cang Fu Shou Shen Decoction On Serum Adiponectin And Glycolipid Metabolism In Simple Obese Children With Phlegm-Dampness Type

Objective:By observing and comparing the intervention effects of Cang Fu Shou Shen Decoction combined with basic treatment on BMI,APN,and glycolipid metabolism(FINS,HOMA-IR,TC,TG,LDL-C)in CSO children,to evaluate the clinical efficacy of Cang Fu Shou Shen Decoction combined with basic treatment in treating CSO children with phlegm-dampness type,and explore its advantages and safety in clinical applications.Method:A total of 60 CSO children of phlegm-dampness type who met the inclusion criteria were selected and randomly divided into observation and control groups,with 30 children in each group.The observation group was given the basic treatment combined with Cang Fu Shou Shen Decoction,and the control group was given the basic treatment.The observation period was 12 weeks.After the end of the course,the BMI,APN,glycolipid metabolism levels,and TCM syndrome scores of children in different groups before and after treatment were observed and compared.The experimental data were processed and analyzed using SPSS24.0.Results:1.Comparison of clinical efficacy: the total effective rate of treatment was 90.00% in the observation group and 63.33% in the control group,and the treatment effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).2.Comparison of TCM syndrome scores: after treatment,the total score of TCM syndrome in both groups of children decreased compared to before,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Compared between two groups after treatment,the observation group showed a more significant improvement in the total score of TCM syndromes(P<0.01),and the improvement in chest tightness,and bowel movements in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.01).3.Comparison of BMI: after treatment,the BMI of both two groups decreased compared to before,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).The observation group showed a more significant improvement in BMI compared to the control group(P<0.05).4.Comparison of APN levels: compared with the same group before treatment,both treatment regimens had an impact on APN levels(P<0.01).After treatment,the improvement of APN levels in the observation group was more significant compared to the control group(P<0.01).5.Comparison of glycolipid metabolism levels: both two treatment regimens were effective in reducing FINS,HOMA-IR,TC,TG,and LDL cholesterol levels in CSO children(P<0.01).The improvement effect of the observation group on glucose and lipid metabolism levels was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Among them,the observation group had a more significant impact on TC and HOMA-IR(P<0.01).Conclusion:1.Cang Fu Shou Shen Decoction combined with basic treatment can effectively improve the TCM Syndromes of CSO children with phlegmdampness type,and the clinical curative effect is better than that of simple basic treatment.2.Cang Fu Shou Shen Decoction combined with basic treatment has a positive effect on BMI,APN and glycolipid metabolism levels of CSO children with phlegm-dampness type.3.The combination of Cang Fu Shou Shen Decoction and basic treatment is safe and effective.
