Clinical Observation On Cangfu Daotan Decoction In Treating Children With Simple Obesity Of Phlegm And Dampness Type

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Cangfu Daotan decoction in treating children with simple obesity of phlegm and dampness type,moreover,objective evaluating the safety of the treatment.Methods:64 cases met the criteria of simple obesity children,were randomly divided into the traditional Chinese medicine group and the control group,32 cases in each group.4 cases were shed in the course of the trial(In control group,2 patients were excluded because of poor compliance;In treatment group,2 cases of patients with improved condition were not adhere to oral drugs),Completed in 60 cases,30 patients in each group.The control group received healthy balanced diets and exercise therapy,behavior guidance in addition.The treatment group was given Cangfu Daotan decoction on the basal therapy.12 weeks for the course of treatment.Observe the two groups of children after treatment, the comprehensive effect, before and after the treatment of TCM symptoms integral change, as well as the body mass index and the degree of obesity.End of March follow-up, statistical rebound rate.Results:1. After 12 weeks of treatment, the total efficiency of treatment group was 86.67%, control group total effective rate was 70%, there was significant difference between the two groups (P<0.01).2. In the TCM syndrome integral and main symptom score, after treatment, there were significant differences between the two groups (P<0.01).3.In terms of objective indicators, the two groups after treatment in terms of body mass index and obesity, after statistical processing, analysis (P<0.05), there was statistical significance.4.The entire test process found no adverse reactions.5.
