Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Polycystic Ovary Syndrome Of Phlegm-dampness Type With Xionggui Cangfu Liujun Decoction Of Xu’s Department Of Gynecology In Lujiang County

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Xionggui Cangfu Liujun decoction in the treatment of phlegm-dampness type PCOS in Lujiang County.To study its mechanism of action,This study provides objective and scientific clinical data for the treatment of PCOS with traditional Chinese medicine,and provides some theoretical basis for thefurther clinical application of Xionggui Cangfu Liujun decoction.Method:Sixty-four women with polycystic ovaries of phlegm-dampness type,They were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,with thirty-two cases in each group,to conduct a comparative study.The control group was treated with Daeng-35,and the observation group was treated with Xionggui Cangfu Liujun decoction combined with Daeng-35.During the course of treatment,the patients were instructed to have a healthy diet and regular exercise,and the treatment lasted for 3 cycles.Before and after treatment,BMI,FINS,endometrial thickness,ovarian volume,number of antral follicles,sex hormone level,TCM syndrome score and three-month imaging changes were observed,and statistical analysis.Results:1.BMI and FINSBefore treatment,there was no significant difference between them(P>0.05).After treatment,BMI and FINS in both groups decreased significantly(p<0.05).The results showed that Xionggui Cangfu Liujun decoction combined with Daeng Daeng 35 wasmore definite than that of Daeng 35 alone in reducing BMI and FINS.2.Endometrial thicknessThere was no difference in endometrial thickness between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the thickness of endometrium in the observation group decreased and the indexes did not rebound after three cycles(p<0.05),while in the control group,the thickness of endometrium decreased during the treatment,and the indexes returned to the level before treatment after three cycles of withdrawal,there was no significant difference before and after treatment.The results showed that the endometrium of the patients in both groups was improved after treatment.The effect of Daeng-35 was limited to the medication cycle,while the observation group had better clinical effect and stability in the later period.3.Number of antral follicles and ovarian volumeThere was no difference in ovarian volume and number of antral follicles between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the volume of ovary and the number of antral follicles in the two groups decreased,and the indexes in the observation group were still smaller than those before treatment three months after treatment(p<0.01),while those in the control group were all increased,there was no significant difference before and after treatment(P>0.05).The results showed that the effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group in reducing the volume of ovary,the number of antral follicles and the imaging results after drug withdrawal.3.Sex hormone before and after treatmentThere was no significant difference in LH,FSH,LH/FSH,T before treatment betweenthe two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the above indexes in both groups decreased(p<0.05),and the decrease level of above indexes in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(p<0.05).The results showed that the effect of Xionggui Cangfu Liujun decoction group was better than that of Daeng alone in reducing the level of sexual hormones.5.TCM syndrome integral There was no significant difference in symptom scores between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).The symptom scores of both groups decreased after treatment(p<0.05).The decrease range of symptom integral in the observation group after treatment was more obvious than that in the control group after treatment(p<0.05).The results showed that the observation group was more effective than the control group in reducing the symptom scores.6.Total clinical efficacyThe results showed that after treatment,the total effective rates of the observation group and the control group were 96.67%and 80.65%respectively(p<0.05).It is proved that the total clinical effect of the observation group is better than that of the control group in the treatment of polycystic phlegm-dampness syndrome.Conclusion:Xionggui Cangfu Liujun decoction combined with Daeng-35 group and Daeng-35 group alone can treat phlegm-dampness type of polycystic ovary.But xionggui Cangfu Liujun decoction combined with Daeng-35 group was better in reducing BMI,FINS,endometrial thickness,the number of antral follicles,TCM syndrome scores,ovarian volume,and no adverse reactions.Conclusion Xionggui Cangfu Liujun decoction combined with Daeng-35 has definite therapeutic effect on polycystic ovary of phlegm-dampness type.
