The Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Phlegm And Blood Stasis PCOS By The Combination Of Using Jia Jian Cang Fu Dao Tan Decoction And The Acupuncture Treatment

ObjectiveThis topic study on the treatment of phlegm and blood stasis polycystic ovary syndrome treated by the combination of the Jia Jian Cang Fu Dao Tan decoction with acupuncture therapy.Comparing the simple acupuncture group,the pure Chinese medicine group and the acupuncture combine Chinese medicine group to observe the clinical effect of the combination of Jia Jian Cang Fu Dao Tan decoction combined with acupuncture therapy on the menstrual cycle,body mass index and waist–hip ratio and the success rate of pregnancy in patients with phlegm and blood stasis polycystic ovary syndrome.For more effective,less side effects of treatment.MethodsFrom Malacca Shunyou traditional Chinese medicine treatment center clinic60 patients were selected for inclusion in the standard polycystic ovary syndrome.It was randomly assigned to the simple acupuncture group,the pure Chinese medicine group and the acupuncture combine Chinese medicine group,each group had 20 cases.The treatment course is 6 menstrual cycles,The pure Chinese medicine group chose to simply take Jia Jian Cang Fu Dao Tan decoction.The simple acupuncture group adopts the simple acupuncture therapy.The acupuncture combine Chinese medicine group is combination of the Jia Jian Cang Fu Dao Tan decoction with acupuncture therapy.Before and after treatment,the patients were measured and recorded their menstrual conditions,clinical symptoms,weight,body mass index（BMI）,waist circumference,hip circumference,waist-hip ratio and the success rate of pregnancy.With reference to The standard for the diagnosis and treatment of TCM symptoms by the TCM administration^[54]is the standard.At the end of the clinical research,using SPSS21.0 software for statistical processing,measurement data using（mean+/-standard deviation）,according to the comparison between the groups using single factor analysis of variance,each group before and after treatment compared with matching t test.The three groups and the three groups themselves were compared before and after treatment,and their respective therapeutic effects were measured.Results1.The general data（age and course of disease）of the three groups were examined,and P<0.05 was not statistically significant and comparable.2.Menstrual score,TCM syndromes and TCM syndromes:After treatment,all three groups were lower than before,and P<0.05,indicating statistically significant difference,indicating that all three groups were effective.After treatment,there was a statistically significant difference between the three groups of patients with menstrual score and TCM syndrome,P<0.05 was statistically significant,indicating differences between the three groups.After treatment,the menstrual score was compared between two groups,the acupuncture combine Chinese medicine group and the simple acupuncture group were examined（P=0.005）P<0.05,which was statistically significant.The acupuncture combine Chinese medicine group and the pure Chinese medicine group were tested（P=0.481）P>0.05,No statistical significance;The acupuncture combine Chinese medicine group and the pure Chinese medicine group were examined（P=0.030）P<0.05,which was statistically significant.The results showed that the effect of acupuncture combine Chinese medicine group and pure Chinese medicine group in improving menstruation was better than that of acupuncture group,but the difference between them was not obvious.After treatment,the TCM syndromes were compared,and the acupuncture combine Chinese medicine group and simple acupuncture group were examined（P=0.000）P<0.05,which was statistically significant.There was no significant difference between the acupuncture combine Chinese medicine group and the pure Chinese medicine group（P=0.438）P>0.005.Compared with the pure Chinese medicine group and the acupuncture group（P=0.000）P<0.05 had statistical significance.The effect of acupuncture combine Chinese medicine group and pure Chinese medicine group on improving TCM symptoms was significantly better than that of acupuncture group.However,the difference between the two is not obvious.Total effectiveness of TCM syndrome:95%of acupuncture combine Chinese medicine group,75%of simple acupuncture group,85%of pure Chinese medicine group.3.BMI:The three groups were significantly reduced after treatment,and P<0.05 was tested,which was statistically significant,indicating that all three groups were effective.After treatment,P<0.05 was found to be statistically significant,indicating that the therapeutic effect was different after treatment.By comparison,the acupuncture combine Chinese medicine group and acupuncture group（P=0.033）P<0.05,there is statistical significance,the acupuncture combine Chinese medicine group and pure Chinese medicine group（P=0.015）P<0.05,indicating statistical significance,Compared with the acupuncture combine Chinese medicine group and the simple acupuncture group（P=0.747）P>0.05,no statistical significance,The effect of the acupuncture combine Chinese medicine group on the improvement of BMI was better than the simple acupuncture group,the pure Chinese medicine group.4.Waist-to-hip ratio:the acupuncture combine Chinese medicine group and simple acupuncture group were both lower than the previous ones after treatment,and P<0.05 was found to be statistically significant.After the pure Chinese medicine group treatment,P>0.05 was not statistically significant,and the decrease was not significant.The acupuncture combine Chinese medicine group and the simple acupuncture group were examined（P=0.032）P<0.05,which was statistically significant.The acupuncture combine Chinese medicine group was better than the simple acupuncture group in improving the waist-to-hip ratio of patients.5.Effect of pregnancy and TCM syndromes:during the treatment,there were4 pregnant women in the acupuncture combine Chinese medicine group,1 in the pure Chinese medicine group,and 0 in the simple acupuncture group.ConclusionStudy shows that the combination of Jia Jian Cang Fu Dao Tan decoction with acupuncture therapy on improvement of menstruation,TCM symptoms,BMI waist-to-hip ratio and pregnancy rate has obvious curative effect.Improvement of BMI,waist-to-hip ratio and pregnancy rate was significantly better than that pure Chinese medicine or simple acupuncture.In the improvement of menstruation and TCM symptoms,the acupuncture combine Chinese medicine group and pure Chinese medicine group had obvious effects.Chinese traditional medicine is the method of invigorating the spleen and phlegm and activating blood circulation.Jia Jian Cang Fu Dao Tan decoction is obvious advantages in improving menstruation and TCM syndromes,while acupuncture has a significant effect on improving patients’BMI and waist-to-hip ratio.
