Clinical Observation Of Shengqing Huashi Tongluo Recipe In The Treatment Of Irritable Bowel Syndrome With Diarrhea (Spleen Deficiency With Dampness And Blood Stasis)

Objectives To explore the rationality and efficacy of Shengqing Huashi Tongluo recipe in the treatment of diarrhea irritable bowel syndrome(IBS-D)through the clinical observation of Shengqing Huashi Tongluo recipe in the treatment of diarrhea irritable bowel syndrome(IBS-D).And to provide a new method for clinical treatment of IBS-D.Methods Seventy-eight patients with diarrhea irritable bowel syndrome(spleen deficiency and dampness stagnation and blood stasis syndrome)were randomly and Averagely divided into treatment group(n = 39)or control group(n = 39).The treatment group was given oral Shengqing Huashi Tongluo prescription for 4 weeks..The control group was given oral piveronium bromide for 4 weeks.The scores of IBS severity scale(IBS-SSS),TCM syndrome,stool character questionnaire(IBS-DSQ)and quality of life questionnaire(IBS-QOL)were observed and analyzed before and after treatment,and the clinical effects of the two methods were compared.Results 1 The total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group after treatment;2 Meanwhile the scores of IBS-SSS,TCM syndrome,IBS-DSQ and IBS-QOL in the two groups were significantly lower than those sorce that before patients were received treatment,therefore the treatment group’s curative effect was significantly better than the control group’s curative effect(P < 0.05).3Comparing the scores of individual symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine between the two groups,the treatment group was superior to the control group in improving the symptoms of loose stool,poor appetite,fatigue,lazy speech and sticky mouth(P < 0.05),and similar in improving the symptoms of abdominal pain between the two groups(P >0.05).Conclusions Shengqing Huashi Tongluo recipe has a good clinical effect in the treatment of diarrhea irritable bowel syndrome(spleen deficiency,dampness stagnation and blood stasis syndrome).In the treatment of IBS-D,Shengqing Huashi Tongluo recipe can effectively relieve relevant clinical symptoms of patients and improve their quality of life.Figure 0;Table 12;Reference 111...
