Observation Of The Curative Effect Of Wuling Decoctiong In The Treatment Of Diarrhea Irritable Bowel Syndrome Of Spleen Deficiency And Dampness Obstruction

Objective: to design a randomized controlled trial to observe the symptom integral of spleen deficiency and dampness obstruction syndrome of diarrhea type irritable bowel syndrome treated with Wuling Decoctiong,to evaluate the efficacy and safety of Wuling Decoctiong in the treatment of diarrhea irritable bowel syndrome(IBS-D)with spleen deficiency and dampness syndrome.Methods: 72 patients with diarrhea irritable bowel syndrome(IBS-D)with spleen deficiency and dampness syndrome were randomly divided into treatment group and the other group from November 2017 to November 2018.The patients were randomly divided into two groups: the treatment group(n ≤ 36)and the other group(n ≤ 36).They were treated with Wuling Decoctiong and Bupi Yichang Pill,for 1 month.Observe the change of symptom integral and syndrome element integral in two groups,carry on statistical analysis,evaluate the curative effect through the overall curative effect,according to life sign,blood routine,urine routine,fecal routine OB,liver and kidney function,electrocardiogram and other safety indexes before and after treatment.To analyze the safety of Wuling Decoctiong formula.Results: 1.The experiment included 72 patients and 67 cases were actually completed.Among them,33 cases in the treatment group were observed,3 cases fell off,34 cases were observed in the other group,2 cases fell off,and the total drop rate was 6.94%.1.The overall effective rate of Wuling Decoctiong recipe was 90.9% in the treatment group and 85.3% in the other group(p > 0.05).It is suggested that the overall curative effect of Wuling Decoctiong recipe and Bupi Yichang Pill on spleen deficiency dampness obstruction syndrome of diarrhea irritable bowel syndrome is similar.However,in terms of improving symptoms,the therapeutic effect of Wuling Decoctiong recipe on defecation traits and defecation frequency was significantly different from that of Bupi Yichang Pill in the control group(p < 0.05).There was no significant difference in the therapeutic effect of abdominal discomfort and abdominal pain(p > 0.05),suggesting that Wuling Decoctiong recipe is more focused on improving defecation frequency and stool traits in the treatment of diarrhea irritable bowel syndrome.There was significant difference between Wuling Decoctiong recipe and control group in the scores of spleen disease syndrome element and wet disease syndrome element before and after treatment with Bupi Yichang Pill(p < 0.05).There was no significant difference in the score of syndrome elements between the treatment group and the control group(p > 0.05).There was no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group in the score of dampness syndrome after treatment with Wuling Decoctiong recipe and the control group after treatment with Bupi Yichang Pill(p > 0.05),but there was no significant difference in the score of dampness syndrome between the treatment group and the control group.(P < 0.05),the difference was statistically significant,suggesting that Wuling Decoctiong recipe and Bupi Yichang Pill are more focused on removing dampness than Bupi Yichang Pill.3.No adverse reaction occurred in all the patients of the two groups,and there were no obvious abnormal changes in vital signs,blood routine,urine routine,fecal routine OB,liver and kidney function,ECG examination and so on.Conclusion:1.Wuling Decoctiong is effective in the treatment of diarrhea irritable bowel syndrome with spleen deficiency and dampness obstruction syndrome,which is worthy of clinical verification and promotion.2.Wuling Decoctiong recipe and Bupi Yichang Pill were safe and reliable in the treatment of spleen deficiency and dampness obstruction syndrome of diarrhea irritable bowel syndrome.
