Observation Of The Curative Effect Of Lichang Decoction In The Treatment Of Diarrhea Irritable Bowel Syndrome Of Liver Stagnation And Spleen Deficiency And Dampness Heat

Objective:Adopts the design scheme of randomized controlled trials,By using "Lichang Decoction"in the treatment of diarrhea type irritable bowel syndrome(IBS-D)of Liver stagnation and spleen deficiency and dampness heat patients,to observe the changes of clinical symptoms,the changes of the TCM syndrome score effectiveness index and safety index change situation and safety index,and to evaluate the efficacy and safety of "Lichang Decoction",in order to offer beneficial reference to his own are widely used in clinical.Methods:Methods a randomized controlled study was adopted,and 72 patients with IBS-D who met the criteria of were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group.The treatment group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine "Lichang Decoction" in treatment,and the control group were treated with western medicine "pinaverium bromide"and"Live Combined Bacillus Subtilis and Enterococcus Faecium Enteric-coated Cap sules "in treatment.The two groups of patients both took four weeks as a course of treatment.Through observing the patients’ changes including the clinical symptoms,TCM syndrome integral and quality of life scale,blood routine,liver and kidney function,ECG and other safety indicators,then making statistical analysis,finally evaluating the effectiveness and safety of "Lichang Decoction".Results:1.72 patients were in this study,including 65 patients completed the clinical observation,the observation group of 3 cases,4 cases of the control group,with a withdraw rate of 9.72%.2.The observation group and the control group can obviously improve the clinical symptoms of patients in both,but the observation group in the changes of symptom score and IBS-QOL scale score of diarrhea,abdominal pain,irritable,sigh,tenesmus,and so on were significantly better than the control group,the two groups compared to have very significant difference in statistics(P<0.O5,P<0.01);In the improvement of TCM syndrome,in the observation group,the total effective rate was 90.9%,significantly higher than that of the control group 68.8%(P<0.01).3.During the course of treatment,all patients without adverse events,indexes of blood routine,liver and kidney function and ECG examination showed no obvious abnormalities.Conclusion:1.Effect of "Lichang Decoction" in treating Liver stagnation and spleen deficiency and dampness heat type IBS-D exact.2.No obvious adverse reaction "Lichang Decoction",which has good safety.
