Objective:Taking Ding Feng’s Yifangjiyi as the original data,combined with the Neijing and other medical literature as well as the relevant historical background,this paper systematically analyzed and sorted out the research from Ding Feng’s life story,introduction of medical books,academic thought,clinical experience and other aspects,in order to have a clear and comprehensive understanding of Ding Feng’s academic thought,characteristics and rules of prescription and clinical characteristics.Methods:1.By using the research method of documentology,I refer to a large number of relevant papers,medical writers’ works,ancient books and other documents,and take Medical Prescription Collection as the original data,combined with Ding Feng’s historical background,to study and sort out Ding Feng’s academic thoughts,theoretical characteristics,clinical characteristics and other aspects.2.Statistical methods were used to sort out and summarize the data of prescriptions in the Collection of Medical Prescriptions,and then analyzed and discussed,so as to obtain the characteristics and rules of the prescriptions used by Ding Feng.Results:1.By using the research method of literature,consulting a large number of relevant papers,medical writers’ works,ancient books and other documents,and taking Medical Prescriptions Collection as the original materials,combined with Ding Feng’s historical background,this paper studies and sorts out the origin,theoretical characteristics and prescription characteristics of Ding Feng’s academic thoughts.2.Use the six classics dialectically.Ding Feng respected Zhongjing and often used the dialectical method of the six classics to treat diseases.However,he was not confined to the ancient method.He was good at distinguishing and treating symptoms and applying them flexibly.3.The cause of governance is governed by weather and season.According to the changes of the seasons,Ding Feng adopted different treatment methods,which reflected his idea of harmony between nature and man and conforming to nature,which is a unique idea of traditional Chinese medicine since ancient times.4.Focus on pulse method in distinguishing and treating diseases.After each disease,the pulse method is described in detail,and the pulse image is used to determine the good and bad.5.Here are many kinds of prescriptions.It includes dosage form,quantity,preparation and taking method of prescription,as well as taking method,time,temperature,frequency,etc.Conclusion(s): Based on the above collation and research of the Collection of Medical Prescriptions and related literature,it can be concluded that Ding Feng complied with the classics and respected the ancient times and learned from various theories.Ding Feng collated and summarized the theories of various doctors before the Ming Dynasty,and combined with her own clinical experience,wrote a book with rich contents and both prescriptions and theories.In addition,it contains a comprehensive book of internal,external,gynecological,infant,facial features,bone injury,first aid and other diseases and syndromes--Medical Prescription Collection,which not only enrich the ancient people’s academic thoughts,but also provides reference for future generations to continue the research and provides reference for modern TCM clinical syndrome.
