Objective: By observing the clinical efficacy of Yao medicine rolling egg therapy in the treatment of Nziaamh jaan mun(primary dysmenorrhea),the mechanism of Yao medicine rolling egg therapy in the treatment of Nziaamh jaan mun(primary dysmenorrhea)was preliminarily discussed, which reflected the advantages of Yao medicine external treatment and provided objective scientific basis for the clinical application of this therapy. Methods: A total of 60 patients with primary dysmenorrhea who met the inclusion criteria from January 2022 to June 2022 were selected(30 in the treatment group,2 in the control group, and 28 in the final group).Treatment group : Yao medicine rolling egg therapy group began to treat continuously from 2 days before menstruation to the end of the second day of menstruation, once a day.Control group : oral administration of ibuprofen sustained-release capsules 2 days before menstruation,0.3 g each time, twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening, until the second day after menstruation. Two groups of patients 1 menstrual cycle for a course of treatment, continuous treatment of 3 courses. The statistical software SPSS26.0 was used to analyze the data. The clinical efficacy and safety of the two groups of patients with primary dysmenorrhea were compared by dysmenorrhea symptom score, visual analogue scale, total effective rate and safety evaluation.Results:1.Comparison of general data : There was no significant difference in age,age of menarche, course of disease, menstrual cycle, dysmenorrhea symptom score before treatment and VAS pain score before treatment between the two groups(P > 0.05).2.Comparison of clinical efficacy :(1)Comparison within the group : After treatment, the VAS score and dysmenorrhea symptom score of the two groups were lower than those before treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).2.Comparison between groups : After treatment, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05).(2)Comparison of total effective rate :After treatment, the total effective rate was 90.00 % in the treatment group and 85.71 % in the control group, with no significant difference(P > 0.05).3.Comparison of long-term efficacy(1)Comparison of dysmenorrhea symptom score and VAS score : After3 months of follow-up,there were significant differences in dysmenorrhea symptom score and VAS score between the two groups(P < 0.05).(2)Comparison of total effective rate : After treatment, the total effective rate of the treatment group was 86.67 %,and that of the control group was 39.28 %.The difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion(s):1.Yao medicine rolling egg therapy and oral ibuprofen sustained-release capsules have similar short-term efficacy, which can relieve dysmenorrhea pain to a certain extent.2.In terms of long-term efficacy,Yao medicine rolling egg therapy is significantly better than oral ibuprofen sustained-release capsules, which can significantly reduce the degree of dysmenorrhea pain in patients, effectively alleviate the symptoms of dysmenorrhea in patients with primary dysmenorrhea, and is more persistent, stable and safe.It has broad clinical application prospects and is worthy of promotion.
